New Smyrna Beach house rentals

If you are wanting a stress free beach vacation this is the place to go. Very nice pool area in the backyard and a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there. Also, very convenient to lots of local restaurants.

We have rented almost every pet friendly property in NSB. This one will be at the top of our list. Plenty of space, nice garage, great location, lovely property. Washer/dryer on the first floor adjacent to the kitchen was great. Plenty of toys and functional bikes (many rentals advertise bikes that turn out to be rusted death traps - this was the first time we have ever used them! Property manager was the star - very responsive, available at a moment’s notice. For the owner - get a better keurig - it worked but was clunky - we debated (should have) just bought one and left it. My only minor observation was that the kitchen was a bit dated - entirely consistent with this prince point. If we were renting for longer than a month, we probably would have just donated a coffee maker. Will certainly rent again.

Besides the very pretty and comfortable interior, this second-story flat has the most inviting and beautiful grounds of any rental I’ve ever used. The variety of outdoor spaces is unmatched. The first level is usually vacant and only used by owner. Photos don’t do it justice as the owner just enhanced it. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

A small, comfortable cottage house on an alley street that meant little traffic. 2 blocks from Flagler Street and one block from the ocean. We LOVED the location. Well equipped. Two negatives: a very small backyard, and the need to go through the guest bedroom to access the only bathroom. That said, we have already reserved the house again for Feb and March 2026. Lucy’s Dream was the perfect place to stay for my friends and I for a short weekend. Cute decor and plenty of room for us all. Tracy was extreme accommodating and her communication was great. The home provided everything we might have needed or had forgotten ourselves for our trip. Happy to have stumbled on Tracy’s listing and can’t wait to stay again! Thank you Tracy!

The property is beautiful, clean, close to the beach and Flagler Ave. I rented it for my construction crew ( who are also my family). They came in from Wisconsin to rebuild my home. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay in these beautiful accommodations. after many hard days of work.
