Butler Beach house rentals

My mother and I traveled to St Augustine to visit my grandmother who resides in a nursing home there. The weather was typical Florida weather, hot with afternoon showers. We traveled with our dogs, they loved the back yard. It was a large back yard with plenty of shade. The house was in a wonderful neighborhood, it was quiet with friendly neighbors. The vicinity of the beach was an added bonus. We awoke early one morning to view the sunrise, wish we had done it more times then that once.

This place is amazing. The beach just a short walk away is absolutely beautiful. The property had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The host communicated with me before our stay to make sure that we knew she was available if we had any questions or concerns, which we did not. we are already planning to stay here next year.

The property has a great location and is a great deal (a little dusty but that’s expected by the beach - we used the swifter and it was an easy 10 minute cleanup). Beach access was easy. Home is well appointed - they provided everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Fair price. Fair fees. Monica is a communicative, responsive, and patient host. The location is fantastic , the house is great i I have two concerns 1- the owner was around . If I rent a place for the weekend I don’t want to interact with the owner . 2 - the instructions how to open the house was inside the house .
