Crescent Beach house rentals

This place had such beautiful views and a really relaxing setting. Clean inside and out as well. The pool was nice and the kids loved it. The location is in the middle of a lot of activities that you can do with or without kids so there is something for everyone. We also fished and caught all kinds of different species from the dock. It’s also really close to the beach which was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and we definitely will be back, this was also our second time staying here and was not disappointed. I highly recommend this condo, it will have you not wanting to leave lol!!

I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful beach house. The house is much bigger than it looks in the photos. Beautifully decorated throughout with so much character. Ann certainly has taste. And it was immaculate. As another reviewer said, the photos in the listing do not do it justice. When we pulled into the very private driveway and saw the house for the first time, my family all said “wow.”Kitchen is fantastic and very well stocked. Love the whole layout of the house. Our teens loved having their own bathrooms. Great views from everywhere on the top level. Beds and furniture all quite comfortable.Location is very quiet and private. Even on the 4th of July there was plenty of space on the beach. And once you are up at the house you are in your own world. Such vast views yet so private. Appreciated that Ann has a supply of beach chairs and supplies available…so convenient. Ann is a great host. Very responsive for questions, though we had no problems at all. There is a reason every review is 10/10. The only downside was having to force my family to leave at the end of the week. Can’t wait to come back!

My wife, myself, outing two daughters, their husbands, and tow grand children were lucky enough to find Jimmy’s house on Verbo. It was exactly as listed and in a perfect spot. The beach access is Les than five minutes to walk and we drove over so that all of our beach stuff could be kept in our truck which made walking from the public lot to the beach simple. I have been to Saint Augustine many times and this house allowed us to visit all of the places of interest easily. Jimmy was very helpful and easy to message with quick responses from him. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Jimmy for the use of your beautiful home. Oh and if you like Italian food make sure you stop at Violas which is less than a mile from the house. Best Italian and seafood restaurant around. We had a blast!!

We loved the property! My family love animals and the wildlife did disappoint. We watched a sea turtle come out of the water to lay her eggs!! The house was great and in a perfect location minutes away from everything.

This is the second Thanksgiving we have spent here. Our kids and grandkids love being able to play on the beach/in the garage (ping pong), to fish and to watch dolphins/boats go by.
