Anastasia Island house rentals

I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful beach house. The house is much bigger than it looks in the photos. Beautifully decorated throughout with so much character. Ann certainly has taste. And it was immaculate. As another reviewer said, the photos in the listing do not do it justice. When we pulled into the very private driveway and saw the house for the first time, my family all said “wow.”Kitchen is fantastic and very well stocked. Love the whole layout of the house. Our teens loved having their own bathrooms. Great views from everywhere on the top level. Beds and furniture all quite comfortable.Location is very quiet and private. Even on the 4th of July there was plenty of space on the beach. And once you are up at the house you are in your own world. Such vast views yet so private. Appreciated that Ann has a supply of beach chairs and supplies available…so convenient. Ann is a great host. Very responsive for questions, though we had no problems at all. There is a reason every review is 10/10. The only downside was having to force my family to leave at the end of the week. Can’t wait to come back!

We have stayed at this property several times. Each time it’s like returning home (away from home). Morgan, the property manager, is very welcoming and a perfect host. The cabin has everything you might need. And is very comfortable. Just a hop over the dunes to the beach. We have already made our reservations for next year.

Husband and I stayed for 19 nights. Description of property was on point. Elaine was a fabulous host, very attentive to ensure everything was perfect. The location was just what we were hoping for. Beach was amazing. We highly recommend this property. Lynne and John

Beach is just a short walk, pool is right on the property, grocery store nearby and a short ride into the historic district. The house is as advertised and the kitchen has just about anything you wound need. Property enough to the things you might want to do but away from the crowds. Lots of restaurants are very close as well. We enjoyed our stay

Great little place. Just the right size for a couple. Nice location, we enjoyed our week there.

A cold spell hit the area so we were grateful this VRBO was warm, comfortable and clean. It “IS” as advertised. The location is perfect; direct access to the beach, far enough away yet a short and easy drive to St Augustine’s Old Town, restaurant choices and a microbrewery just two blocks away! Kitchen and bathroom were well appointed. Loved the soft and fluffy bath towels. While it was too cold in January, there were beach accessories available for fun sand time had it been warm enough. Pat and John communicated very well on our arrival date. We arrived late so they left the porch light on for us. Check In could not have been easier! We will stay here again if our travels take us to this area again.
