Watercolor house rentals

Great location close to camp watercolor. Very clean, quiet street!

We had a great time on our vacation. This home was perfect for our family (5 adults, 7 kids!). Super clean, wonderful kitchen with everything you need, and amazing location. We would definitely stay here again!

This was by far the BEST VRBO we have ever rented! As other reviews have shared, Miki goes above and beyond to ensure that those staying in her home feel welcomed. Through two calls leading up to our stay Miki made sure to answer all of our questions and provide recommendations for various things to do and see in the area given the age and interests of our kids. In addition to Miki being a great host, the home was even better than we could have imagined. It was clean, beautifully decorated, the linens and beds were so comfortable, and the level of attention to even the smallest details was above and beyond. We traveled with our two children, ages 10 and 14, and the house was the perfect fit for our needs. It is also perfectly situated in the neighborhood with a quick walk to Seaside and a quick bike ride to the pools and beach, but also tucked back on a very quiet, street that provided the perfect private retreat at the end of the day. We had so much fun during our stay, we decided to stay for another week and rented a home nearby. We quickly learned that what Miki offers with this home is above and beyond compared to other rentals. We look forward to coming back and staying here again next summer!!

The house is as advertised. It was perfect for our family of 4. It’s within walking distance of Publix and is tucked away in a nice quiet area of the neighborhood.

Wonderful House! Nicely kept home, perfect location on quiet side street with house backing up to the woods. Host treated us wonderfully. The golf cart included in the rental was having issues, the host called us and helped set up a replacement rental with a local golf cart company. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time at Watercolor! The house was perfectly appointed. Convenient location to pools and bike trails. We always love riding bikes around. We would definitely stay again.

The house is impeccably kept and well appointed. The beds and linens are comfortable and high quality. Kym was available and extremely helpful above and beyond. Watercolor is a fantastic place to stay.
