My group of seven and age ranging from 7 to 32 thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and the space this rental provided. It was also greatly appreciated to have laundry powder and dishwasher pods provided.

This home is small and quaint in a nice historic neighborhood. You will be staying right down the road from Universal Studios and everything else. The property owner is extremely responsive and helpful. She was so helpful when I asked to extend my stay.

We had plans to visit Disney in October, but hurricane Milton threw a monkey wrench into our trip. We reluctantly cancelled out trip 2 days before our departure. We were travelling with 3 adults, my teenage son, and 5 year old daughter. The day we cancelled, I immediately scoured the internet looking for some where to stay at least 3 months out (so I could begin reserving all our Disney dining reservations again). We have never stayed at a Vrbo for a Disney trip, but I found this house. I read the reviews and pictures of the property and just decided to give it a go. I am so glad I did! The prospect of having our own private pool and hot tub (which were amazing even in 65f weather), as well as a full kitchen and more than enough space then we needed, immediately reignited my familes excitement for the trip. Check-in and check-out was a breeeze. The neighborhood is quiet. Communication with Maria and Andy was excellent. We were about 15 minutes away from every park.The property was clean and well maintained. My 4 year old daughter called it the hotel home. Which is excalty what it felt like, a home away from home for our Disney vacation.In away, I'm glad our first plans fell through, becasue I feel this place really made our vacation special.From what we spent on houseing and car rental we spent far far less then what we would have paid staying on resort property and we got to experience everything we wanted to do.I highly recommend this property!

Every time we go to Florida we rent the Mickey House from Reece. This was our 4th stay. Everything about this home is perfect. Every detail of the house is well thought out and it's so inviting. This really is a home away from home but better! Check in is super easy and Reece communicates really well. When you enter the home, it is spotless and smells fresh. Over the last year, Reece has done a ton of updating (new living room furniture, new mattresses, new hot tub and more). While we never felt there was anything wrong with any of that before, it was awesome to see the love that goes into this home, it's seems more than just a rental house. I have no complaints, other than I cant just live at the Mickey House full time! You will not be disappointed renting the Mickey House, it's super close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood so you don't feel like you are in the thick of it. Literally you are within a 10 minute drive to Magic Kingdom. We look forward to returning sooner than later!

My daughter and I have rented houses for the past 14 years in the Kissimmee area and this was by far our favorite. The house was spotless and completely updated with high end finishes. The pool was the highlight for us, big, beautiful and tons of privacy. We would and will rent again in a heartbeat

Everything about our stay here was great. Great location about 15 minutes from Disney. House was great. Pool and hot tub were great, I think the kids liked that just as much as Disney. House was very clean, roomy, and as the pictures show. On the small lake is very pretty. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to staying here again.
