Dolphin Isles house rentals

The reason for our stay was because we were renovating our home watch is close by. The property manager was alway quick to respond to any question. Very nice home. clean and well appointed ..... my only suggestion .... please fix and update the landscape lighting...!!! at night it is very dark when entering the gate. Location was very convenient . Close to the beach and shopping. Would I stay there again... YES..!

My daughter and I recently stayed at Dr. K's prperty in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and it was nothing short of fantastic. Perfectly situated, this charming place is just a stroll away from the beach, surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and shopping options. From the outset, Dr. K showed incredible hospitality. Her communication was heartfelt and attentive, both before and during our trip, ensuring our comfort and ease. She didn't just play the role of a hostess; she was more like a guide to the city, offering wonderful restaurant recommendations that added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. But what truly set our experience apart was Dr. K's kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. When we faced a blowout in Atlanta, she was right there to help, sending us car service recommendations that were a real lifesaver. It’s rare to find such a caring and proactive host. This trip held special significance for us, as it was our "last spring break" together before my daughter heads off to college. Thanks to Dr. K, these memories will always be cherished. Her welcoming spirit made our stay not just comfortable, but genuinely delightful. For anyone considering a visit to Ft. Lauderdale, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. K’s property. Perfect spot for our group of 8 ranging in age from 7 to 83. Plenty of space. Great location 1 block (easy walk on quiet street) to beach. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Great covered patio with furniture by pool. We spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub. As mentioned in other reviews, the road behind the house is busy but there is a wall around the pool. Noise from the road didn't bother us at all. Front of the home is on a quiet street. We have 3 kids and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay in Dolphin Isles. Quiet neighborhood, short walk from the beach and a few restaurants are walking distance as well.

We stayed at this property during our kids’ spring break. I was concerned that college kids would still dominate the area, but there were none to be found, I suppose with Easter being pretty late this year. Win #1. Win #2- We arrived nit realizing that this house is across the street from the beach. The aerial in the pic does not do this location justice. You’re literally steps from the beach. Win #3- We arrived to a sparkling clean, modernly designed home and the walls, floors, and countertops are white, so hiding dirt isn’t easy. Not only was it clean, but it smelled good. Kudos to the cleaning staff for the attn to details. Win #4- The property is beautiful and has everything one would need in a vacay home. It’s in the description, but again, the pics don’t do it justice. The lagoon in the back is really cool, we didn’t see alligators so that’s a plus (we were concerned 😂), but it was cool to watch the many iguanas roam the backyard. Additionally, the pool area was perfect with turf instead of grass surrounding it, which I appreciated. The only downside and this could be a plus for families with older children, is that the downstairs bedrooms are not accessible from inside the house. Only the master bedroom is accessible from indoors. There is an exterior staircase off of the kitchen in the back of the house that leads to the downstairs area which has a rec room, kitchenette, full bath and two queen beds. There is a keypad lock on it, so it’s secure, but if you have little ones who need you at night or if you want to be able to hear signs of danger, distress or kids’ general mayhem, this house may present a challenge. Our kids are 7, 10, and 13 and warmed up to sleeping down there by night 3. With phones and food, they could just call us if they needed us. Overall, this house is awesome. I’ll be back when my kids have a bit more courage. 😊
