Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I couldn't be happier with our rental experience. The home is spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view is so relaxing and beautiful. Being right on an inlet to the ocean, you have the sound of small waterfalls right outside your window. Very secluded with lots of mature palm trees, flowering trees, and vegetation. There were roosters in the distance, but not a problem. If you are sensitive to the sound of frogs, this might not be the place for you. I'm not sure if it was the time of year, or what, but they were loud. They didn't bother me, but some in the group had a different oppinion. ;-) I would recommend this wonderful home, and hope to come back some day.

This is an awesome property! It was very charming and in excellent condition, with plenty of space. The beach is a very short walk away. All the living/sleeping spaces were very comfortable, and the cottage was well-outfitted with everything we needed (kitchen, bath, beach chairs & umbrella, beach towels, etc). Highly recommended!

This was our second time staying at Coco Cottage and it was outstanding. Our first stay was in 2019 for two weeks. This stay in 2025 was for a month. Picking Coco Cottage for this extended time was perfect. The house has everything we needed with many personal touches. I loved drinking my evening cocktail out of the antique Hula Girl glasses. Joan and Rick were kind and attentive without infringing. They brought us flowers and mangos from the tree. They responded quickly during all communications. The experience was outstanding. M&J

It was our 4th time staying at the house and it was just as lovely as we remember. Clean, well maintained and soooo close to everything.

Really loved this spot. Good for a family of 4 kids are 8,10. Well appointed in terms of all the amenities.owner was easy. Decor was a little dated but not in a bad way, just not a modern spot if that’s more your thing. Clean and comfortable so no complaints!

Another wonderful stay at Baby Beach Bungalow 2! We love this little gem and how close it is to the beach and Poipu. Evening sunsets and early-morning sunrises are magical and a few steps out the door. The Bungalow is well suited for a family with kids of any age, super clean, and contains all the amenities you could ask for. We could not recommend this place enough and cannot wait for our next visit!

This was such a peaceful bungalow with the ocean as your front yard. Everything was wonderful, we would definitely come back to this place again. There is A/C in each bedroom and in the main room but we only used the one in the bedroom and enjoyed the breezes coming off the ocean. We saw a giant green sea turtle come up on the beach right in front of the house one day but I would not say this is a great spot to snorkel out front but is still a great beach and a perfect area for little babes to play in the water. Here is a strange, albeit important point for those of you who the bugs love - every time we go anywhere, I am covered in bug bites while my husband is completely unscathed but not the case here! I didn’t have to use bug spray one time, there was just enough breeze to keep them at bay. Made my week! Mahalo for an amazing stay.

A clean and welcoming property that is beautifully appointed with high end finishes and Hawaiian photography. Furniture is very comfortable. Laundry is handy - don’t overpack! Upon arrival we found a lovely note from the property manager, bottle of wine, snacks and ground coffee. Do not leave food out - ants will find it. Management took care of this immediately. Beautiful indoor shower/bath as well as outdoor. Safe and quiet neighborhood with many large estate properties. Walkable neighborhood and excellent location. Absolutely no complaints! It was perfect!
