Annapolis house rentals

My friends and I were looking for a relaxing place to have a long weekend - this place was great! The location was wonderful and the house had everything we needed. The host was a fabulous communicator and helped us with everything we needed! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Staying at this location was a great escape. We were celebrating a retirement and had a great time. The space is beautiful and homey, and is only a 5 minute walk to the pier entertainment and restaurant district. Would highly recommend to anyone else, whether it be a spouse retreat, a stay for a Navy football game, or just a couple of friends who want to see beautiful Annapolis.

Extremely responsive host and beautiful cottage. Incredible location with tranquil views of the water. 5 minute walk to ice cream and nice restaurants. Easy walk (20-25 mins) otherwise into more bustling downtown Annapolis.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this rental. It had everything we needed from being well laid out and comfortable to a great parking space in a garage a short distance away. One of many wonderful aspects was that the kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals over the weekend. The location can't be beat and the hosts were very helpful and prompt. I can't recommend this home enough for an Annapolis stay and will certainly attempt to book it our next time to DTA.

I'm very tempted not to leave a review for the Captain's Cottage because I want to keep it our family's secret! We rented the house for a week to spend Thanksgiving with our USNA plebe. It was a little cozy for our family of 6 adults, but it worked well for us on the whole. The house is exactly as pictured, with a ton of great amenities. We cooked several meals there, including our Thanksgiving dinner (minus the turkey, which we ordered from a great restaurant nearby). You could not ask for a better location. The house is centrally located just minutes from Eastport, DTA, and the Parole mall area, with a grocery store, pharmacy, and Starbucks within a couple of miles -- easy to drive or even walk to. At the same time, it is far enough away from all of these things that you feel like you are not directly in Annapolis. The house is right on the water, with a great view of the boats in the harbor. A short walk away, and you are in a wooded nature preserve with lots of wildlife -- we took a trip here almost every afternoon. We will definitely keep the Captain's Cottage in mind for future trips to Annapolis!

I came to the area with 4 of my girlfriends for the Seafood Festival held at Sandy Point Park. The house was perfect for our stay. It is literally around the corner from the Naval Academy. They have a nice paved walking trail that goes all the way around the premises & is approximately 1.2 miles long. We walked the trail in the mornings. We were only about 15-20 minutes from the park where the festival was held, so that was awesome too. The house looked just like it did in the pictures and was the perfect layout for everyone to gather to eat, play games or whatever. There was plenty of space & amenities at our disposal. The owners were very attentive & accommodating. Would definitely stay there again. Beautiful home.
