Charlotte house rentals

We booked last minute to do some house hunting and found this gem! Bally K is in an idyllic setting nestled in a quiet cove on Lake Norman. Even bad weather couldn’t ruin our visit. The convenience of tying up our boat was a huge bonus.Tim was kind enough to assist us with the boat launching. The cottage exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival there was a generous fruit bowl and lovely flowers to welcome us. The whole place was sparkling clean and fresh.The bed was extra cozy and the shower was luxurious. Every night we grilled and made a fire in the family room. We would have preferred a sunnier week but Bally K was a delightful shelter from the storms. Looking forward to booking again soon!

Property manager was very responsive and accommodating! Property was great with lots to do and beautiful views of the lake. Overall a great property!

This house was perfect for our group. The setting was very beautiful on the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean and the communication with the host was great too. I'd come back here for sure!

Very nice quaint lake house for families! Private dock access and a wonderful screened in porch where we spent most of our time! The location is convenient to grocery/drug stores and restaurants. The owners provided all information that was needed for the stay and was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Responsive host, great property, kayaks and dock. The view was beautiful and my son loved the outdoor play set. They had fishing poles lots of great kitchen amenities and coffee. Perfect for a family lake trip. Only con was having to go downstairs to use the bathroom if you were sleeping upstairs.

The property is exactly as described. Communication was excellent! I highly recommend this property.

We have stayed several times and always look forward to going back just for the house alone. Doug wants your stay with to be perfect. We will be right back next year !!
