Cape Charles house rentals

We had a great time! House was very clean. Very accurate to what we saw in the listing. Almost everything was within walking distance: 2 blocks to Main St which had great restaurants/shops/ice cream, 3 blocks to the beach, and 1 block to a great public park for dog walking, soccer, playground, and fountain with splash pad. Beach was excellent for paddle boarding or floats, sand was soft, and kids loved finding hermit crabs. Great front porch for morning coffee. Outdoor shower was awesome for after a day at the beach. I would definitely recommend.

Know that if you rent this property, you will have close access to a beautiful, fun park; the beach; and the town center. The beds are quite comfortable and the rest of the house is adorable. Communication with the owners was quick and efficient.

We frequent Cape Charles and this tiny house was charming, comfortable, and close to all the fun. The owners were very responsive and quick to fix a minor issue. Would definitely book again!

This Property was great! I was on a week long business trip and really enjoyed this home. It was easy to check in with owner when I needed additional information. The house was very clean. I highly recommend this rental if you're going to Cape Charles!

This was the best home rental experience I've ever had. The house was fully stocked -- with everything you could possibly want. Very clean, a truly spectacular location if you have a golf cart. The hosts thought of everything. Board games galore, internet that actually allows you to stream. And what a perk to have access to kayaks and a paddle board -- the kids and adults loved giving them a go on the private beach. I cannot recommend this location enough. A MUST STAY!

The house had everything we needed. The owners seemed to care about our comfort. It was one of the best vacations I have had. The quietness and quality of that town is hard to find these days. It soothes the soul. My grandchildren said it was their favorite vacation.

We had a great time in Cape Charles and the home was conveniently located to “downtown.”. Highly suggest renting a golf cart as it’s much easier to get to the other side of the community where the pool and larger beach are located. But, the amenities and home are well suited for a family with young kids - which we have. Pros: The home is well stocked, the bedrooms are a nice a size, the owner is responsive and helpful, the home was clean, and check in and out were pretty seamless. There were plenty of towels, including those for the beach available for use. There were also chairs and an umbrella for use which we appreciated since we made a day trip to Sandbridge. Things to Know: The garage doors are finicky and the hose to wash sand is located inside the garage. The bedroom TV doesn’t connect to the WiFi so it doesn’t work, and you can only watch Netflix. Our cell service was pretty spotty and only worked in the kitchen area - no big deal with the wifi - but we didn’t have good service with either (wifi or cell) in the bedrooms. If you plan to cook, bring some olive, etc. oil. Cons: The master shower looks like it’s difficult to clean, thus it wasn’t that clean - there seemed to be mold in a lot of hard to reach places. The front porch and outdoor furniture was pretty dirty so we didn’t use it much. We enjoyed our stay and thank you for hosting us.
