Perfect setting for our gathering in Seattle! The bedrooms were perfectly appointed, super comfy beds! Loved the historic accents in the house. We gathered every evening around the dining room table and enjoyed reminiscing and playing cards.Thank you Michael for your hospitality! I hope one day to return!

After a long flight, from the moment we entered the house we felt welcomed. The host thought of everything from the nice, cozy decorations to every single detail we may need. The property is close to the airport, and close to highways. We visited Seattle and even spent a day at Mount Rainier. It was very nice at the end of the day to enjoy the hot tub, it is definitely a nice touch, and our meal outside in the patio, we felt in love with the patio, it has a nice atmosphere. We loved our stay at Fern Haus. Gretchen thank you for being such a great host.

What a wonderful property! The view is the first thing you notice, just stunning. But, it isn’t the only thing you notice. The home is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Beds were high quality and super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Towels, blankets, etc were abundant and excellent quality. Barb, the owner who lives on sight was there to be helpful, but never intrusive. Anytime you want to stay in this area, treat yourself to this little gem!

The moment you step inside, you are enveloped in light from every sparkling window. This lovely home is impeccably furnished, with cloud-comfortable beds and linens, and a gourmet kitchen with every essential item you might need. The outdoor seating area is a peaceful retreat where songbirds and hummingbirds play. The owners are on-site in separate basement living quarters (but you would never know they’re even there). Only 25 minutes from Seattle (10 min from Sea-Tac) this was a most wonderful find for our stay as we explored Seattle and Puget Sound. You will love this gem!
