This place truly feels like a home away from home. The décor is cute, the atmosphere is comfortable, and everything was very clean and well maintained. Check-in was easy, and the host provided a helpful electronic welcome guide. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating and even checked in with us midway through our stay. The welcome basket was a lovely, thoughtful touch.The location is fantastic—close to ferries, downtown, and plenty of trails and hiking options. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This is a mid-century Rambler, recently updated -- the owners keep it meticulously clean and have organized and furnished the place to make it easy to operate. We appreciated the layout: the playroom / den with the TV screen (and our rambunctious daughter) is on one side of the house, the bedrooms on the other. The kitchen and dining room are in the middle of the house (kitchen is well-equipped: easy to cook in). The four of us (one grandparent, two parents, and one child) fit easily into this space.

The property was in a very nice neighborhood with amazing views of the ferries, therefore the property name! The house was excellent-very clean and spacious. Owners were easy to reach and prompt to respond. They thought about providing amazing amenities to make tier guests feel right at home! Would definitely look at staying here on a return trip!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at stone cottage on Samish Bay for our 30th anniversary, and let me tell you, it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a picturesque view of the bay. The cottage itself was charming and full of character. The stone exterior gave it a rustic feel, while the interior was tastefully decorated with cozy furnishings and thoughtful touches. The fireplace in the living room was the perfect spot to cozy up with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Speaking of the view, it was absolutely breathtaking. The cottage was situated just a few steps away from the bay, and we spent many mornings sipping coffee, watching the sun shimmering over the water. It was a serene and peaceful experience that we will never forget. The amenities provided in the cottage were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of our stay was exploring the surrounding area. We took long walks along the beach, discovering hidden coves and enjoying the fresh sea breeze. We also visited nearby hiking trails and enjoyed the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. The location of the cottage was convenient for day trips to nearby towns and attractions. Overall, our stay at the cozy stone Samish Bay was a dream come true. It provided the perfect setting for our 30th anniversary celebration.

We truly loved our stay; the house is beautiful and the views are exceptional. The proximity to Washington Park makes it easy to enjoy the beauty of the islands.

Wonderful location close to markets, restaurants, etc. House was very comfortable for our friends reunion to see the tulips & San Juan island. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We had a marvelous stay. The view every day was breathtaking and it was very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen more than met our needs. We also saw lots of wildlife. Three of us had no problem finding ways to work at the different desk/table areas throughout the rooms. It was also great to be able to turn on the fire if it got a bit cool and we were very comfortable for the whole stay. Also the town of Anacortes is charming and the whole island is filled with awesome parks with almost no people. We hope to come back one day!
