Panama City Beach lake rentals

This was our 2nd year staying at Laketown Wharf for my son’s baseball tournament, first time in this unit. The unit was clean and comfortable for our needs seeing we were at baseball fields almost every other day and then at the beach or pool. The view of the beach every morning while drinking your coffee was relaxing. The elevators were definitely an issue and we knew this from last year, but that is not in the hosts control. It’s a very large building, so it’s to be expected. We chose this location because our entire team stays and the size of the pools are big enough for all of our boys to hang out and we can cross the street to the beach. Thank you Alma and Eddy!

The condo was very nice and updated, and the best part was the view. It was even better than the pictures. The owner had amazing communication, and the condo was stocked with everything you could think of including beach supplies. We will definitely be back!

This was our 2nd time to stay at this fabulous property. Decorated to feel like "home" & not a rental. The views are amazing and the deck is equipped with all the furniture you need to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the sounds and views of the ocean. Mr Walt goes out of his way to add some great extras in the house such as: a portable speaker to use on the deck ( we used it everyday!) and binoculars to catch the ocean life. We saw a Manta Ray jump out of the water 3 times our 1st day, so cool! We celebrated the New Year here and all you have to do is sit on the deck and watch the fireworks from the pier. It's our favorite place to stay in PCB!! We will be back again!

The unit was exactly as described, clean, and fit our travel needs perfectly! The bed slept like a dream. The end unit felt secluded, which made sitting on the balcony fantastic! Would recommend.

I thought it was a super clean place, all the reception and service people super friendly, good service I recommend one hundred percent and if I would stay with them again. They're very attentive to your stay. In love with this place.

We have stayed a couple different places in PCB before, but this was by far the best! Location to Pier Park- perfect. Right on the beach- yes. As far as crowd on the beach- also great. The building is large, but we’re not all crammed into a small beach area like 30A. I traveled with my spouse, my parents, and my 2 teens and this was the perfect amount of space. Oh! I almost forgot. The parking garage was the easiest, most accessible I’ve been in at a beach place! And so many carts! I experienced great communication with Rhoda as well! If you’re on the fence- definitely jump on over because this place has it all!
