Very clean close to shops and downtown and dreams park

We stayed here for a week while my son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The apartment is well appointed and bigger than I expected. It's clean and has nice furnishings and decor. While we did not cook, there are cooking pots and pans ready to go. The fridge and freezer were plenty big for all that we needed. Plenty of closet space for items needed. We had planned on 3 of us being here, but in the end it ended up just being 2 of us. We could walk easily across the street to the CVS or the Price Chopper grocery store to get supplies. We walked to the pizza restaurant a few blocks away and also walked all the way to downtown Cooperstown. Parking was right in front of the building and very easy. There are laundry machines in the building if needed. Communication with the owner through email and text was super easy. If we had another kid coming back to CDP, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice property. Neat and attractive from road. Nice and clean rooms. Everything one needs is available And the hostess is a text away if you run out of something. However I do feel that it should be Described in the add that there are three sets of stairs to climb as the rooms are in the attic. A handicap person could never navigate these steps. Further an older person not in good shape would Struggle as well. On the plus side there are 3 or 4 rooms that could accommodate one or two more people. There’s a futon that I am sure makes into a full size bed in one of the rooms.

Very clean and easy to access. The building is located in a great spot. Close to downtown. Dreams Park is about 10 minutes away. Lots of food options on the way. We cooked breakfast and made sandwiches for lunch. Saved so much money. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This was our honeymoon and i can honestly say it was exactly what we wanted. A little cabin, big Jacuzzi tub, and warm wood stove. This was the best little getaway we could have asked for!

The place was recently renovated, clean, and very cozy. The owners were very responsive and courteous. We had 1 hiccup on the first night with plumbing, and they immediately rectified it by upgrading our room at no extra charge.

The house was spacious, clean, well maintained and updated. A very short walking distance to Main Street, restaurants, shops, and the Hall of Fame. John (the owner) was attentive and gave excellent suggestions for restaurants. There is also a small grocery store/deli right around the corner up the street. Great location and plenty of off-street parking.
