Find lake rentals near Santeetlah Lake

Very nice property in a great location on the lake. Connection via phone and email with owner/manager was excellent. House was clean and well stocked. Everyone in my family loved the stay. I do wish we had brought a boat. IF anyone reads this review and has a boat please bring it. Owners provided 2 kayaks and a paddleboard which were great but I really wanted to sail a little. My fault.

We rented the house in Lighthouse Cove to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday. We had 5 adults and 3 kids (ages 7, 7, and 10!). The hosts were gracious, kind and communicative. There were coloring books, games, grills and plenty of kayaks and canoes for us to paddle on the water every day. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful experience and hope to stay there again next year.

It’s a very cozy stay, the view from the deck is very pretty and private. Everything in the home worked great. It’s a little tricky to get to the first time, once you make a trip too the store it’s really simple to get back. Also, the sleeping arrangements were great. I stayed with a lot of people and nobody had any trouble sleeping comfortably. Certainly coming back!

This was our 2nd year staying at the house. We had a great time! The location on the lake is perfect. We paddle boarded for miles, swam every day and walked around the neighborhood. The house had everything you want and need to be comfortable on vacation. Even the dogs had a fun time on the large deck, yard and lake.

This is our 3rd year staying at this property and we had an awesome time once again. The location is perfect and the property is well stocked and comfortable. The outdoor spaces have plenty of furniture and are perfect for enjoying the beautiful views, dining and just relaxing. The fire pit is perfect for evening gathering and fire wood is provided which is a huge plus. The property managers go above and beyond to make sure everything about our stay is perfect. Perfect quiet setting on a beautiful lake in western North Carolina. The house was beautiful with lots of sleeping options. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood on Lake Santeetlah. Beautiful windows let in a lot of natural light during the day with a perfect view of the lake. Just down a few flights of outdoor stairs and you are standing on a floating dock with access to kayaks and a canoe (and a pontoon boat for a separate fee). It was a time to remember. Communication with the owners was seamless (they were extremely nice and accommodating) and everything couldn't have gone better. Will definitely return. 15 minutes from a few stores in Robbinsville for groceries and daily needs, this is a must-stay at place for those looking for a mountain / lake getaway.

We just returned home after spending 6 wonderful days at Tony's home. It feels like a home and not a vacation rental. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are comfortable, plenty of places for everyone to hang out and still have some space to themselves. We loved that there were kayaks and a paddleboard, along with lake toys and beach towels. They have really thought of everything to make your stay amazing. I'm going to miss the view from the upstairs deck in the morning. There's lots to do in the area in terms of hikes or daytrips. Tony was very responsive and a great host. Do yourself a favor and book a stay. You won't regret it.
