Lake Placid lodge rentals

Clean, as advertised, great host.

12 of us were in LP for a lacrosse tournament. The lodge was perfect for us. Plenty of space, great common areas, location was great for Keene and LP. Ed is great host, always available and you can see the attention to details if you hike the nearby trails. Just a great experience.

Excellent experience! The Climbers Lodge was very clean, well stocked with kitchen tools and other supplies. 5 siblings and significant others stayed over a long weekend and it could nit have been better. The fireplace was our focal point for sure. We sat in front of the fireplace and had great talks and reminisced about our youth. The trail to the beaver pond was just perfect. The weather even cooperated for the most part. Each family member voted to stay here again. Ed and his wife are the best caretakers and were very responsive to questions. The great place to explore area in the fall.

This is a destination rental. With three bedrooms with king beds all on separate floors, plus a bunk room with four beds, the sleeping arrangements were extremely comfortable for three couples and four small children. All the amenities were top of the line, with a sparkling pool and hot tub, sumptuous linens, and a well-appointed kitchen with plenty of dining space for both kids and adults. Communication was friendly, prompt, and helpful. The location is incredible, minutes to popular restaurants and sights, with an incredible view of the Adirondacks from the sprawling back deck. We will recommend to others and hope to rent again in the future!

Condo was clean and well equipped. Large living room area with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Very quiet area right on the Lake Placid Golf course with beautiful views of the mountains. It is conveniently located to the village of Lake Placid.

This property is one-of-a kind. Location, amenities, aesthetics, are all over-the-top. Even in the deep of winter it's head and shoulders above anywhere we've ever stayed. Kudos to Jim for being an excellent manager of the property.

In short...this was the best family vacation hands down. I have already recommended Camp Underhill to a friend in California who was looking for something different for their family vacation next year. We have already booked for ourselves for next year.
