  • Perfect!

"We stayed at this condo the first week of August. All the information Nina provided in advance was extremely helpful- we had no problems finding the place and getting in. The condo was beautiful and the views off the huge balcony were spectacular! We had our two teenagers with us and everyone had plenty of space to relax. We had a rental car for the week and loved having towels, chairs, snorkels etc to take with us on our adventures! The kitchen was well equipped and we ate many meals at the condo. We shopped at the Mega store- La Comer- just up the steet and they had a nice selection of food. We also enjoyed great meals at Zippers, Cabo Surf, Mi Casa and Tropicana- which are all just a few miles away. We also used the pool, tennis court and gym and found these to be in excellent condition as well. We can't wait to come back!"

  • Three guys, three nights

"Three of us stayed at #223 and enjoyed Martha's nicely furnished home. We've stayed in other units before, but the floor plan of Martha's is unique and efficient for our purposes. It would accommodate more people quite nicely. What's terrific is the proximity to the beach, pool and Wine Bar. The parking lot was closed, so we used street parking which made getting provisions in and out more of a chore -- a good reason to use the services of Martha's concierge next time to stock up the place before we arrive. We spent most days out on our boat in the Sea of Cortez, so ending the day in a comfortable and well appointed home is a perfect way to end a perfect day."

  • Awesome Location!

"Wow! My wife, my 3 teenage daughters, and I cannot stop talking about this condo. What a location! You open the door to the condo and bam...there is that view. It is nothing short of stunning. It's just like the pictures. No zoom lens shot to get that view. The condo was a perfect fit for us. The place was very upscale, without being pretentious. Very comfortable, with a classic feel of Old Mexico. The unit had everything we needed...beach chairs, umbrella, etc. There is a grocery store (HUGE) just a 10 minute drive away with anything you may not find in the unit. The Casa Del Mar facilities were very relaxing, the staff there was VERY attentive. They made us feel more like family, than tourists. There are multiple pools to lounge around in, a restaurant, and of course the beach. Every night my entire family would actually put our iPhones down, sit on the patio for hours, just listening to the waves crash against the sand while the moon rise would rise over the Sea of Cortez. No words or pictures can describe how beautiful it was. You really don't need to ever leave the property. We chose to rent a car though so we could explore. Driving around was not an issue. The owner supplied a list of restaurants around town that were "spot on" for my girls. The public beach (Playa Santa Maria) we went to was NOTHING like anything I've seen in The States. Brand new bathrooms, showers, SUPER helpful lifeguards, and they raked the sand every day. It looked like a high end resort! If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet, getaway with a view...this is it. Just stop looking, and book this place before I do. It's been a few weeks since we left Casa Del Mar, and my girls will still text me pictures from our trip. Just little reminders. I guess they want to go back. I do too. :-)"

  • Lovely!

"We spent a week at the beautiful "Jewel"! After taking nine days to drive down the Baja, camping along the way, it was like heaven to arrive in Cabo Pulmo and stay put for a while! Everything about the house, village, and area were as good or better than we expected! It really is a magical place. While at the house we were either on the roof or playing cards on the porch. It was also fun to make wonderful, fresh meals in the kitchen. Everything is just beautiful from the garden, to the tile, to the decor and furniture. The activities in Cabo Pulmo were the things we like..... beach walking, swimming, scuba, snorkeling, and hiking. Sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. We can't wait to return!"
