  • Excellent location!

"This was our first real family vacation, and what a great choice! The location was right on a beautiful beach with excellent views! The pool was wonderful, lots of family activities. Swim up bar was pretty neat also! The spa was also great, had a couples massage that was amazing! The staff was very friendly and made my kids feel welcome as well. Walking distance to Marina and anything you could want to do. Lots of great restaurants close by. Rooms were spacious and nice, was great to have the kitchenette! Beds were comfortable and my daughter loved the pullout couch! Can't say enough, my whole family had a great time and loved the hotel!"

  • STAY HERE NOW!

"Booked my first vacation via VRBO - NICE! This was our 4th time back in Mexico in a year and Cabo BLOWS away Cancun/PVR/Riveria Maya! So about Cabo Villas: Medano Beach (where the hotel is located) is the ONLY beach that you can swim at no problem. The water is crystal clear and beaches are super nice. We went to Cabo San Jose to visit and the was NOT the case. Almost all the beaches in Cabo are not swimmable due to the crazy current and I am a great swimmer. This hotel is Literally the BEST location in the entire Cabo!! Within a 1 minute walk you are at ANY of the most popular restaurants on the beach. Within a 7 minute walk you are in the heart of the downtown or Marina/Restaurant area! I could not believe how safe I felt after exploring the first night. We were ultra nervous not knowing any of the area around us and after meeting many Americans who encouraged us to explore we felt right at home. Some free advice: Katy (host) was super helpful and and always answered quickly. I had no expectations of check in/out as I loved the deal - super easy in and out, even on New Years Weekend. There are a bunch of killer spots for dinner and even if you go crazy we were able to keep the tab under $150 with eating and drinking mucho! There are 2 killer steak houses 1 block down from the hotel across from the entrance to Cabo Me - EAT THERE! Get on a rickshaw! For $12 they will take you on a 4 mile bike ride through downtown and the marina so you can quickly get familiar with the area. There are SO many awesome places to check out if your not into the touristy places you can eat at in any major city. There are 6 LEGIT local Mexican places withing a 10 minute walk. The food is the best Mexican we have ever had and who doesn't like 6 tacos, a quesadilla, and 3 beers for $18 American!? Take the water taxi to the Arches - it is a 5 minute boat ride and you will be sad forever if you don't. It's $5 per person if you get it on the beach vs $7 in the hotel Go to Walmart or Costco - these units have full refrigerators/stove pots pans and glasses. Stock that bad boy with water/mixers/and drinks for days! They had 2 bottles of Stoli for $9 USD on special @ Walmart! Sunset cruise is a no brainer - we saw whales, had nice drinks with Jazz music that was light and not like spring break, it was a great date spot. Take care of your service people - the average worker in Cabo makes $5-$7 USD per DAY. Stay here - You won't be sorry!"

  • Excellent Help!

"Robin was a great help! We needed a bigger unit than what she had available but helped us anyway! She put me in touch with another owner to help us find what we were looking for. Thank you Robin!"

  • Paradise with a view

"Robert was beyond accommodating throughout the whole process. His 2BR suite is massive and has full ocean views with a private hot tub on the balcony. He sent many dinner and activity recommendations as well. We were thrilled with the experience."
