  • Excellent Help!

"Robin was a great help! We needed a bigger unit than what she had available but helped us anyway! She put me in touch with another owner to help us find what we were looking for. Thank you Robin!"

  • Cabo Villas in Cabo San Lucas

"The ease of making the reservation and the overall resort experience were top notch. The location is an easy walk to the Marina and all the amenities, shops, restaurants, ... that are there. There are also several excellent restaurants right next to the property (La Catrina, The Office, Edith's, and, for the younger crowd, Mangos. The beach area was the best we saw with regards to lounge chairs, cabana's, restricted access by the vendor's, ... Beach area service was also excellent. We learned that the location of your room was dependent on whether you were a member, guest of a member, booked via VRBO, or booked via Expedia/Travelocity (priority is in the order listed--we booked by VRBO, so got a room with a limited, but nice ocean view--the Travelocity/Expedia rooms have a view of the Infinity pool wall). The only drawback for us to the property is that they are in the process of building a new tower. There is some inconvenience due to the actual construction, but that was not too bad. The bigger negative is the "hard sell" to become a "member" to help fund the new tower. We were told that the property is NOT a timeshare, but the presentation and sell were very much like a timeshare sales pitch, complete with bringing in the reinforcements before finally accepting that a 60 year old couple was not interested in locking into a 30 year deal. If not for the sales pitch, I would have rated a 5."
