  • Beautiful view and across from the beach!

"My family spent 8 days at the beautiful Casa Brisa Del Mar. I loved staying here. The house is very modern and had everything we needed to cook and bake, both of which we do a lot. The hot tub and infinity pool facing the Pacific were amazing. We spent a lot of our time there. Dining at the table and watching the sunset was another favorite. Beware: the stone floors are very unforgiving when you drop things or knock something over, so we ended up replacing a few wine glasses. The glass shatters in a million pieces so bring a comfy pair of house slippers, just in case. I'd suggest using plastic, of which there is plenty for pool-friendliness. The beach entry is directly across the street, so that was fun too. There is also a large playground at the base of the driveway, where I played with my nephews. It has a basketball court, slide, swings and fort. Lots of fun! There is lots to do right around the house and lots of books too, if you just want to hang out in the hammock. I liked that 3 of the 4 bedrooms had Pacific-facing balconies. The beds are very comfortable and Maribelle came to clean every day. She was so sweet and wonderful but I would probably choose every other day next time. The staff is helpful and kind. If there is any issue, they will come fix it immediately. The hot tub wasn't hot enough for us, so we emailed one night and they came the next morning to turn it up to our desired temp. The pool cleaners came twice and were unobtrusive and kind. We rented a car, but it is just as easy to call for a cab if you want to go into town. The walk to town is hilly but not super long so that's possible too if you don't mind the heat. We ended up staying at the house a lot but also went shopping, golfing and boating. p.s. if you rent a car, be prepared to pay for the Mexican insurance, which is expensive. We have tried many companies, but there is no getting around this. I definitely would stay here again!"

  • The BEST resort at a great price

"This is the third time we've stayed at Estancia, and the second time at this unit. We have had the good fortune to stay at many great places, including five star hotels, and my wife and I both feel that this is the best place that we have ever stayed. Our particular unit is the least expensive one that I could find anywhere in this complex, and the owner Rick is very helpful and usually quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I like being on the ground floor for ease of access, but the higher floors have somewhat nicer views. All of the units in this complex are beautiful, with views of the ocean and Los Arcos. The rooms are very spacious, and having the second bedroom attached but separate is very nice for privacy from/for our kids. With many excellent restaurants, pools, and bars between the three complexes (Palmar and Arco ar the other two - less expensive but not quite as elegant), you don't ever have to leave. Downtown Cabo is a brief cab ride or about a 20-30 minute walk along the beach, with endless other activities to do and see. We will definitely keep coming back!"

  • Amazing villa at a 5 star Resort

"When I was planning by 50th birthday vacation, I almost rented a house to accommodate 10 people. I am so glad I came across this listing! We had the best of both worlds; a luxurious penthouse with plenty of room for all guests including our private balcony Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean along with resort amenities such as a swim up pool bar, fitness center, incredible spa, market, deli, ice cream parlor all within the resort. You also have access to the 2 resorts on each side of Villa Estancia, however you are located at the nicest one. Your personal concierge Vladimir is who makes this vacation most memorable though. Vladimir is the best! Along with fixing margaritas and guacamole & salsa at our arrival, Vladimir also helped out with the personal chef that came to our penthouse to create my special birthday dinner and he even arrived with a birthday balloon with my name written on it! This is first class service at its best. Someone in our party became ill and he went out of his way to bring medicine. Even came late one night to bring another guest Tums..he made us all feel safe during one night of bad weather and supplied with whatever we wanted or needed! The penthouse is designer decorated and I can't think of anything else it could have needed. Along with 5 bathrooms there is a large laundry room with washer/dryer, ironing board with detergents etc. I highly recommend this penthouse located at what is one of the nicest resorts on this stretch of the beach to anyone looking for a luxurious memorable vacation. We will come back again!"

  • Amazing experience

"We went to Cabo for my husband's 50th birthday celebration with four other couples. This was a perfect place to stay. From the initial booking process all the way through to our departure, everything was handled perfectly. Even small issues that we didn't even think were issues were addressed immediately and it was clear that their main goal was making this a memorable experience for all of us. Bernard helped with restaurant reservations, golf and boat rentals weeks before our arrival. When we arrived, Gio had our house fully stocked with food and beverage and when we ran out of anything he immediately replenished it. Jesus the chef was simply amazing. We had breakfast and lunch every day and he did a very special surf and turf dinner at the house one night. He also did a super fun hibachi lunch one day which was a special treat. The house provides amazing views and because it is at the end of the street you get a certain sense of privacy that other houses don't offer. There are a lot of stairs due to the structure of the house but that was a very good thing to help us keep off the pounds from Jesus' great cooking! We will definitely be back!"
