  • Great resort and an owner with insights to Cabo and the resort!

"Playa Grande is a fantastic resort with wonderful staff. It is conveniently located to the Cabo Harbor with many great restaurants within walking distance. The room was well appointed and cleaned daily by the resort staff. Bob was easy to deal with and provided quick replies to my questions. He also provided wonderful insights and suggestions about the Resort, Cabo and area, arriving at the airport and generally enjoying our weeks vacation. When I vacation again in Cabo, I will use Bob's unit and also would recommend it to friends and family. Andrew Miller"

  • Great Location with stunning views!

"The description of this property is definitely on par! The hotel was so nice and the room was in the best location. You could sit on the balcony and have a view of the pool, ocean and the marina, it just doesn't get much better then that. The hotel is also a quick walk to the marina and easy access to shopping and restaurants. If you don't feel like going outside the resort, the food is also excellent there as well. Working with Tim DiLeo was also a great experience, it was very easy to book through him, he was very helpful and he even provided a list of great places to check out while visiting Cabo (which came in handy). Would definitely recommend booking through him for this property, or even others."

  • Great time!

"We really enjoyed our week at Playa Grande! We had a great ocean view unit, close to pool, close to ocean and all the action. Check-in was easy and everyone very polite. Easy walk to Marina and we also took quick taxi rides to some great restaurants. We partipated in some of the resorts acticities, which were a lot of fun...Mexican fiesta night, water aerobics, the activities Crew were very fun. This is a timeshare unit and we were asked to attend a 90 minute breakfast (presentation) which would allow us some discounts to activities. We didn't go and glad we didn't because another couple we met went and 3.5 hours later we're finally let go to continue their vacation, lol! Robert is very good to work with and responds very quickly to any questions we had."

  • Nice property in private, safe, gated community; great customer service by owner Monty

"We had issues when we first arrived because the property management had not prepared the unit, despite Monty's notifying them in advance. We also had issues when we departed because property management charged us $17.50/day for service fees and union tips (?), despite Monty's reminding them that they should not be charging those fees. All that was quickly resolved thanks to Monty's very responsive efforts...he also lots of helpful recommendations about the area and he answered our questions promptly and accurately. The condo was (finally) very clean and everything worked as advertised. The king bed mattress was comfortable enough and the air conditioning units operated quietly and efficiently. There is a limited beach view, but the beach is an easy five minute stroll. The marina is about 10 minutes away. While the Terrasol condos are in between two monster resorts, we rarely heard or saw any of those visitors; the beach area has very few folks strolling around. One reason for so few humans is that the beach is on the Pacific side and swimming is not allowed because of the strong surf. Another reason is that the clean sand is soft and deep, which is a challenge for regular strolling, but provides a good workout for legs and cardio. We visit Cabo a couple times each year, and rent a car so we can travel north to Todos Santos and their enormous and empty (!) beaches, and so we can visit the beautiful beaches along the corridor between the airport (San Jose) and Cabo. I'm not sure how long those beaches will stay pristine, since there are multiple condos and resorts being constructed in the best of those beach areas. We are planning our next trip and hope to return to Monty's condo if scheduling allows."
