  • From the moment we arrived!

"From the moment we arrived, it was exactly as the pictures had shown. The balcony and bon fire made for a lot of nights with friends and memorable experiences for a life time. It was what we expected and more. The accommodations were great, and beds slept fantastic. The Resort has many amenities and activities, including a shuttle bus to town where there are lots of restaurants and shops to explore. We plan on making this a yearly trip."

  • Excellent location!

"Just finished our two week stay. For the first 9 days we had our adult boys with us. Location is excellent, cab ride to downtown is $400 pesos. We had a car which I would recommend. House is nice and close to both pools, although this time of year are rather refreshing. Hugo and Lucero are great to deal with. Always prompt responses. House is nice, well furnished, all the equipment you need. We really enjoyed it and will definitely stay here when we come to Cabo again! Thanks for everything!"

  • Didnt want to leave!

"Three couples for a week - the best vacation we have had in years! Casita 17 is the most fabulous villa! The view is fabulous and the decor is elegant yet casual. The villa is completely private. Villas del Mar is the finest resort along the whole corridor with great service from the manager and the Club 96 is where we spent most off our days. Dinner on the veranda overlooking the Palmilla One & Only Resort was so romantic or in San Jose was lots of fun. We saw no reason to even get close to Cabo San Lucas."

  • Great Vacation - Will come back

"Just came home from a week at Villa Mariposa with our close friends - 3 adults, 4 teens/tweens. The place was terrific and great location. Some highlights/notable call-outs: * Lots of open space in the house, including a nice 'family room' on the lower floor where the kids hung out * Convenient location right near gate to beach * Short walk to Sheraton which has several restaurants and even a coffee place that serves Starbucks * Very responsive onsite staff and owners have been GREAT * Overall beautiful gated area * Saw LOTS of whales - as close as 20 feet off the beach! * Beach Volleyball net on the beach was a hit. A few things to consider * I would recommend renting a car as taxi's are very expensive (we learned the hard way) and it is a car drive to grocery, town, etc. For example, it cost us $25.00 each way to go to Walmart. we ended up getting a car mid-trip. * As with many places in Cabo, the beach is not swimmable. * A great casual restaurant to consider is La Lupita in San Jose Del Cabo. We also had good meals at the Mexican restaurant in the La Girasolas at the Sheraton."
