  • Wonderful place to stay!

"My husband and I enjoyed staying at this condo. Drinking coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez each morning and seeing the sunset from the kitchen window in the evenings were wonderful ways to begin and end the day. We loved our times at the pool and the beach, enjoyed local restaurants, and slept well in the comfortable bed each night. The staff were both kind and helpful. It was a great vacation for us and we hope to stay here again when we return!"

  • Fabulous family get-away!!!

"We visited Casa Contessa in March with family friends. Diane was beyond helpful in the months and weeks leading up to the vacation, offering suggestions for dining and activities for our kids age. The property was beautiful and exquisitely maintained. The bedrooms are decorated extremely well and everything is well stocked. The Xbox and of course the pool were favorites with the kids and they enjoyed s'mores at the fire pit and eating outside every day. One thing I recommend is getting a golf cart. We drove all around and the kids thought this was great fun. It is definitely walkable but with kids (who regularly forget things at the house) it was useful and fun. The whole resort felt so safe and friendly. We walked a lot, played tennis, spent time at the gorgeous beach club and did a lot off property too. Diane and concierge Baruch were always reachable for any questions or problems and we felt very welcomed by them. It was a great time and we would definitely return. Thanks Diane and crew!"

  • Simply Wonderful

"We had a wonderful 6 day stay at Misiones Del Cabo in Mike's condo. The condo has plenty of space and everything is just as pictured. The furniture was comfy and the wifi worked great. I cooked a few times in the kitchen and found everything I needed in the cabinets. The rooms have plenty of storage for clothing and the bathrooms are spacious. The washer and dryer were used quite a bit to dry pool towels and wash clothing. Knowing there was a washer/dryer allowed us to pack less clothing which was great. The stairs (about 60 steps) up to the condo are killer diller.. but by the end of the week we were pretty used to them.. A very nice gentleman at the gate helped lug all of our bags up the stairs which was a very nice surprise. The pool bar was closed for most of our stay.. it only opened up on the last two days we were there.. and the snack bar at the pool never did open to make the tacos we had read so much about. But that was okay.. the place was so quiet.. sometimes (most times) we were the only ones in the pool.. either of the pools. We did rent a car at the airport (**). That made it very nice for venturing out and about. We went to WalMart several times and to the Mall.. We drove to Todos Santos to have lunch at the Hotel California. Places we ate: Villa Serena, Sunset Pizza and Wine Bar, Common Table, Infusion Bistro.. all were very good.. In fact.. the seared tuna at Villa Serena was so good we went there twice. We rented Waverunners from SeaCabo which was a blast. Went snorkeling from the private beach below Misiones (bring flippers, mask and snorkel and you will be able to get out past the strong breaks).. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. The power did go out on our last day but we spent our morning packing and then floating in the pool until it was time to leave. We travel a lot and the power goes out all the time in most places we have been in Mexico.. All in all we would definitely go back to Mike's condo at Misiones.. I can't believe we have never been to Cabo before.. it is such a quick flight from San Diego.. We will, for sure, be back. ** The big name rental agencies want to charge you a FORTUNE to rent a car .. with all the insurance and taxes, etc. Dominic is the ONLY way to go in renting a car in Cabo.. $300 cash.. full tank of gas.. all inclusive.. he meets you in the parking lot.. and you drop off in the same lot. easy peasy http://www.dominicloscabos.com/index.htm"

  • Great Cabo base of operations

"My family and I spent the week between Christmas and New Years at Casa Misiones this year. The house is very clean and comfortable and you could cook just about everything in the kitchen (though I have to admit we ate out every night while we were there). It is just down the street from WalMart and Costco so fresh donuts and all the food and stuff you would need are minutes away. It is only a few minutes from downtown Cabo so running back and forth in between shore excursions was no big deal. The security guards at the front gate are friendly and helpful, and the owner and his property manager are only an email or phone call away if you need them. The house is not wired for cable tv or internet, but the club house across the street has wifi internet.l We will definitely be back."
