  • Cabo Thanksgiving

"We had been to Mykonos condos a couple times after the hurricane, so we were familiar. We chose unit 204A because it has amazing ocean views from 2 decks, master, main room and kitchen. This building is the farthest away from the major high rise construction at the property next door. The condo has not been renovated but had the necessary essentials needed for a Cabo beach holiday. You can't find a better deal anywhere in San Jose Del Cabo. Hope to return next year."

  • Very happy with our stay!

"This property was the perfect find for our group while in to attend a wedding. The home itself was very clean, modern and well maintained. Some of the highlights were all of the flatscreen TVs/Dish Satellite, all of the cookware you could possibly need, A/C units in each room, small but nice/handy dipping pool, large rooms with more than enough closet space, very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, purified water throughout the house, multiple patios, incredible view of the City from the top terrace, large garage which was perfect for the rental car, very secure location with 24hr security and pretty quiet even during the evening hours. It is a multi-level house with quite a few stairs so you need to ensure that you have the mobility to get up and down them. We actually enjoyed the different levels because it provided more privacy amongst the guests in different rooms. The private beach which is just a short drive from the house was incredible. There were not many people even using it so it seemed as though you had it to yourself at times. And, there is not access for vendors so you don't have to worry about having people try to sell you stuff all of the time. The home is also very conveniently located to Costco, shopping and access to the City. The Property Manager was very easy to work with and went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout our visit. I would highly recommend this property to any of my Friends or Family!!"

  • Sisters Retreat

"I can't say it enough it was the best vacation I've ever taken. I had visited Cabo before in 2002 and stayed at the Westin which was their best resort back then and thought that was a beautiful resort, best vacation alone. I returned home telling my sisters about Cabo and how they need to go. They've been wanting to go but like everything became very expensive in the later years once it became popular. On a horseback riding excursion I saw the Esperanza being built while I was there and always said I was coming back and staying there next time around. Finally, I made it back with my 2 sisters. It was a dream come true, the best vacation EVER!! The amazing residence was perfect there was nothing that was needed that Shirley the owner didn't have already. We must've been the only ones in the building because we didn't have to share our pool and hot tub with anyone, especially since it was an ADULT ONLY POOL W/ FRESH SALT WATER. It was where we started our day everyday and we ended our night in the hot tub every night with a glass of wine or margarita. Martin was the best concierge he took care of our every whim. The staff was superb they all remembered our names and was great in picking us up with the golf carts to take us all over the resort day and night. We're spoiled so much so that it has made it very hard to find anywhere else this perfect for our next vacation. Therefore, we've agreed that we must come back again same time next year. Thank You, Shirley for everything."

  • Nice Home, A Few Minor Hiccups

"Home was well maintained, clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Our comments as a group: Great location in the corridor. Close to town, Costco, Home Depot and public beaches. The Restaurant Viejo next door is Top Shelf. We had dinner there twice and if you catch the Cuban night there is great dancing to boot. Views on rooftop bar are spectacular. The home is in a gated community, but take note you will have to leave some identification at the gate coming in. We really enjoyed the bar downstairs and hot tub and pool area. Also the SONOS sound system was perfect for us as I have the same set up at home and I was able to download the bluetooth and rock. WiFi and DISH Network worked great, and local calls to the US were no charge. Home was equipped with boogey boards and we added a cooler for the beach trips. We did suggest that there be a map of the beach below us. It was difficult to find but nice place to snorkel and kid friendly. The houses down towards the beach are very nice. Christina is up above that a little and there are a couple houses that seem dark and uninhabited close by. There was also a dog that barked in the middle of the night right next to us twice, and many dogs that barked in the morning as people got up and let them out, especially Saturday. One home improvement would be a staircase from the upstairs kitchen to the lower pool area. You must walk to the back of the home to find stairs that take you lower. The pictures also suggested a roof top sunning area, but it is really located outside the upper floor. Maybe we got confused. All told, Mexico is great to visit and the people are more than happy to make sure you have a great time. Cabo is growing but it is still easy to get into great restaurants or bars on the beach. If you haven't been to Mexico, Cabo is a great place to start."
