  • Amazing Home, Gorgeous Location and Close to EVERYTHING!

"My family stayed here to celebrate my daughter's birthday and my 11th Anniversary with another couple and their children. We had an incredible time and our stay was the best we've had in Cabo in 13 years. My wife and I got engaged in Cabo in 2002 and have stayed at most of the hotels and various private homes in the area and Tres Sietes Villa was by FAR AND AWAY the best. The house is large and spacious, easily hosting two full families with children. The backyard is something you'd see on lifestyles of the rich and famous with an amazing infinity pool that looks out into the Pacific Ocean with a 180 degree view of the entire coastline. The kitchen was fully stocked with all to pots, pans and utensils we needed to prepare gourmet meals that we shared at a huge dining table, large enough to fit both of our families. The pool table kept everyone entertained, especially the kids and my wife and kids enjoyed the Grand Piano when it was time to wind down. The outdoor BBQ and lounge area was so enjoyable, we rarely left the house for meals and were able to completely relax and enjoy our time there. The best part of this house was the location, not just because it has one of the best views in Cabo, but it is only a few mile drive from downtown Cabo, as well as perfectly positions for our daily tours both North and South of the Peninsula. I highly recommend this house!"

  • Nice Home, A Few Minor Hiccups

"Home was well maintained, clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Our comments as a group: Great location in the corridor. Close to town, Costco, Home Depot and public beaches. The Restaurant Viejo next door is Top Shelf. We had dinner there twice and if you catch the Cuban night there is great dancing to boot. Views on rooftop bar are spectacular. The home is in a gated community, but take note you will have to leave some identification at the gate coming in. We really enjoyed the bar downstairs and hot tub and pool area. Also the SONOS sound system was perfect for us as I have the same set up at home and I was able to download the bluetooth and rock. WiFi and DISH Network worked great, and local calls to the US were no charge. Home was equipped with boogey boards and we added a cooler for the beach trips. We did suggest that there be a map of the beach below us. It was difficult to find but nice place to snorkel and kid friendly. The houses down towards the beach are very nice. Christina is up above that a little and there are a couple houses that seem dark and uninhabited close by. There was also a dog that barked in the middle of the night right next to us twice, and many dogs that barked in the morning as people got up and let them out, especially Saturday. One home improvement would be a staircase from the upstairs kitchen to the lower pool area. You must walk to the back of the home to find stairs that take you lower. The pictures also suggested a roof top sunning area, but it is really located outside the upper floor. Maybe we got confused. All told, Mexico is great to visit and the people are more than happy to make sure you have a great time. Cabo is growing but it is still easy to get into great restaurants or bars on the beach. If you haven't been to Mexico, Cabo is a great place to start."

  • Comfortable and convenient

"We greatly enjoyed our stay in Misiones del Cabo. Everything was exactly as described with the rental. We felt very comfortable and secure. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. The pool area and staff are friendly, good food, good drinks and lovely company. The local buses stopped right at the entrance to the property and the road down to the complex has a nice sidewalk. There are several dining options in walking distance and last but not least the weather was excellent, not too hot, not too cold. All around a fabulous vacation, we plan to go back!"

  • Awesome house and great amentities

"I will definitely recommend and come back to this place. Jorge, the house manager was awesome. Showed us around and helped get any extra things we missed during our costco trip. The place is quiet and had everything we needed to have a great time in Cabo. The maid service was nice as we had a large group of guys that don't always pick up after themselves. House is in a great location between a lot of golf courses and downtown. Thanks again and can't wait to return!"
