  • Gorgeous home, great location, spectacular views

"Casa Bella Vista is stunning, top to bottom, and the views can't be beat. The neighborhood, Pedegral, is gated and extremely safe and quiet. The home's floor plan is ideal for multiple couples or large families, allowing for privacy with it's 5 independent levels, while providing the perfect common area for gatherings with the pool, living room and kitchen in a centralized location. The home is recently renovated and in perfect condition and features all the amenities you'd hope for. The concierge service was super accommodating, responding to requests immediately (although there were few since the home was in perfect condition). Overall, Casa Bella Vista was the perfect venue for our week-long trip. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat, while being just minutes from the beach and lively Cabo scene."

  • The Best of the Best!

"This home is stunning! I felt pampered the moment I walked in the door. Beautiful and Spacious with comfortable classy furnishings. The beds are fabulous. Best sleep I've ever had. If it weren't for the magnificent view of the ocean and unbelievable infinity pool, I would have stayed in bed all day. Our concierge Baruch made sure our grocery order was delivered and put away when we arrived. Baruch was available to answer any question we had and took care of dinner reservations for us. Our housekeeper Rosie kept everything spotless. I found her to be very personable and easy to talk to. This experience was beyond any expectations I had. It felt like I was living the best dream ever. I am looking forward to returning."

  • Great quiet neighborhood Casa overlooking the ocean!

"We travel often to Cabo as it is one of our favorite destinations. We've stayed in different places around Cabo and chose this one because it was on the Pacific side and because of the value as well. Tom and Rosemary are wonderful hosts and they live on the separate third level of the house. They have been in Cabo since 1989 and it is enjoyable to hear stories from Tom as to how Cabo has changed and grown over the years. He is a wealth of information. :-) Our family of four plus our daughter's friend (two adults and three teenagers) stayed on the second level of the home which provided plenty of room for all of us. The patio overlooking the ocean is where we ate most of our meals and enjoyed peaceful relaxation time while hearing the ocean's crashing waves below. The Pacific breeze is so nice which is what you don't get when staying on the other side of Cabo. The private pool on the back patio is very refreshing especially on the hot July days. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and at the end of the road so no traffic noise and we felt secure at all times. Tom picked us up from the airport and drove us back to the airport at the end of our stay (about a 30 minute drive from the airport to Cabo) which was greatly appreciated as we know how much taxi companies charge. Internet access and local cell phone were nice to have. They also provided three huge jugs of filtered water during our stay. The use of an insured vehicle during the week was an added bonus as we spent the week volunteering with Feeding Los Cabos Kids and drove somewhere everyday. We are used to driving around Cabo and the Mexican way of driving so we had no issues getting around. Mega (now LaComer) grocery store is nearby as well as downtown and the marina. You can park for 4 hours in the parking garage of the mall near the marina for about $1.50 US. Local public beaches (Chilleno and Santa Maria) other than crowded Medano Beach are about 20 minutes away. The first day we were there we drove to Costco and to LaComer to get our groceries for the week. We cooked most meals at Casa Pacifica in the well-equipped kitchen. Housekeeping services mid-week was an unexpected treat. If Casa Pacifica is available for our future trips to Cabo, we would definitely stay here again. Tom was also very prompt in responding to our questions via email. If you like visiting Cabo more like a local and not in a tourist resort and enjoy peace and quiet then we highly recommend this Casa for your stay."

  • Awesome!

"We've finally rented a VRBO unit outstanding enough to write a review about. The owners were responsive and detailed when answering our questions, no pressure, honest, straightforward and that’s what you want when you plan a family vacation. The most helpful owners I've worked with. We were able to use the Ocean Pacific Group Concierge to help with reservations and negotiating and renting a car. The concierge met us at our unit, let us know where everything was, made sure everything was operating and asked us how they could make our stay enjoyable. Ice-cold waters and beers were in the fridge when we arrived and were a welcome touch. We needed a larger cooler for our fishing trips and the concierge secured the cooler within a few hours. The beach is ~5 minute walk down hill but you can drive down to the beach with chairs and umbrellas from the garage and park. As far as I'm aware, Pamilla beach is one of only 3 blue flag swim beaches between Cabo and SJDC so it’s clean and safe swimming. The unit was one of the most well provisioned rentals we've stayed at. Not once did we have to say, “Wish we had that”. Everything is high quality and for the most part new. The unit is very spacious, in a small, safe and secure gated community walking distance to the One & Only Pamilla. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The unit has an outstanding view and at night you can see the beautiful lights of San Jose Del Cabo and the Zona Hoteleria. The deck has a BBQ and we grilled fish tacos and had dinner on the deck. There's a community pool that's shared with ~15 other units however we were the only people at the pool the entire week. Most importantly the unit is located close to so many things. The Cabo Surf Hotel has great surf and fabulous meals at the Seven Seas Restaurant, it’s a close drive down town to purchase groceries, charter a fishing boat out of the SJDC Harbor or golf Palmilla’s 27 hole world class Golf Course just across the street. We walked 5 minutes down to the One & Only Palmilla Aqua Restaurant & Bar. We ate lunch on the water one day and had confections and drinks another night for my wife’s birthday. Google search the images of the Pamilla Aqua bar and you’ll see why it’s one of the most beautiful settings on the ocean anywhere between Cabo and SJDC. We had a fabulous stay, we’ll definitely stay here again and we’d recommend staying at this unit to anyone!"
