  • Pedregal Paradise!

"We rented this house to celebrate our first anniversary with both of our parents. The house was absolutely beautiful and the pictures do not give it justice. The house was set up perfectly to give every couple their privacy and plenty of entertainment area to enjoy the vacation together. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub taking in the beautiful view. The kitchen has everything you will need. The beds were very comfortable. We would highly recommend this house for your next vacation to Cabo. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us!"

  • Superb time had by all

"This condo was perfect for my two teenagers (18 and 15 years) and myself. CONDO: Clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Newly constructed and updated appliances including a microwave, coffee maker and a washer and dryer which came in handy with the teenagers. Plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. We were not needing anything. In addition to soap and shampoo, the bathrooms were stocked with Q-tips and cotton balls. The bed linens were nice, not the cheap ones from hotels. These "little" things make such a nice difference. The top deck had the jacuzzi and BBQ along with a beautiful view of the beach with a peak a boo shot of the arch. I sat up there and on the lower balcony each morning with my coffee a couple of times in the evening. COMPLEX: Gated with a guard 24 hours a day. All the security guards were polite and nice. Pool was nice, never more than a handful of people using it. Even though the complex is adjacent to the road leading to the public beach, it didn't seem to be much of a noise issue as we had the sliders closed most of the time. The soccer field across the way never seemed to be a nuisance either. There is an assigned parking space that is near the elevator making grocery hauling less of a hassle. LOCATION: Far enough from the hustle and bustle of the beach bars/restaurants but close enough if you wanted to walk to them (we had a rental car and parked in the public beach parking for 20 pesos for the day - about $1.10). It is on the east end of town so you can walk to the beach bars but walking into town would be a little too far. Not sure what a taxi ride would cost. It is about two miles from Costco and one mile from Walmart. We have been to Cabo several times and since I'm not a big fan of the All Inclusive resorts, this was a great alternative. We bought groceries at both Walmart and Costco and made our breakfasts and most of our lunches. We ate out for dinner allowing us to try different places in Cabo which has such a variety of yummy restaurants to try. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip!!!!!! Thanks Pam and Greg for allowing us to stay at your place, we had a great time!!!!!"
