  • Really Awesome Villa!

"We absolutely loved staying at this Villa. David, the owner of the Villa, had great communication with me prior to the trip so I felt comfortable that we had all of the information we needed before arriving. The unit is absolutely beautiful. The views are stunning. One afternoon we saw a very active whale in the distance. The resorts personal concierge, Raul, greeted us shortly after we checked in and he made sure we had his contact information and instructions on our options to getting around the Pueblo Bonito Resorts, ordering groceries, catching cabs, shuttles, fishing excursion plans, etc. Every time we had questions or needed assistance with something Raul immediately responded. Our party consisted of 4 adults and two recently high school graduated young men. Everyone was so happy with the space and ability to have private rooms with great bathrooms and closets. Most of our days were spent in the Villa infinity pool just enjoying the sounds of the waves hitting the shore. The graduates were all over between our place, the other resort pools and downtown. We chose to take taxis into town verses the shuttles because we aren't very patient. The shuttles are a good option if you are just staying close by and going to Pueblo's Sunset or Pacifica resorts. If going downtown I would recommend calling for taxi which is between $14-$20 dollars one way, depending on number of passengers. So you should consider if renting a car is more convenient. We don't like driving there so the cab money and Browns Transportation Service was worth it to us. The housekeepers were there everyday and took great care of us. It is not always the same employees providing services so make sure you have tipping cash available to show your appreciation. If you want a more quiet vacation with private pool, hot tub and ability to go downtown on your terms then this is fantastic option."

  • Family Reunion

"Wow! Like out of a home decor magazine! This house was not only gorgeous, but separate levels host private suites that are perfect for families with teens/college students, couples, or groups. The gardens are amazing around the facility and helped set the mood for relaxation and enjoyment. Can't say enough about the views from each part of the house. Wether inside or out, spectacular scenes of the Sea of Cortez and Gulf of Mexico are available. Don't miss out on the opportunity to stay here when coming to Cabo!"

  • Lovely time and stay!

"We enjoyed our stay at this bright white, VERY well kept complex. The common areas and landscaping immaculate. Hats off to the landscaping/gardener folks! Our unit was great; clean and comfortable....with a lovely view from the deck. Master bedroom suite & bathroom VERY nice. Grateful for on-site parking. Walking to marina, rstaurants totally do-able but must be in relatively good shape! Drive to see gorgeous cliff side homes. Being met by Brooke at check in was so very helpful....really appreciated her and a great resource for ideas."

  • Perfection in Pedregal!

"Mary was amazing to work with and made the booking process a breeze! She is very responsive and does a good job providing information about the accommodations in the home and surrounding area. Sadly, two days before our trip Mary called to let us know there was a sewer issue with the property. She was nice enough to get us set up with a neighbor's property and take care of all the details. I was nervous about staying somewhere else but the property was literally right above Casa Amistad on the hill. Pedregal is beautiful and the neighbor's house ended up being absolutely perfect for our group. The house was clean and the air conditioning was nice and cold (especially nice after climbing the hill from downtown!). The beds were comfy and the wi-fi was super convenient to use. We worked with Ricky, the property manager and he was fabulous and we even had a chance to meet Mike, the owner of the alternate property, who was very friendly. The house itself was gorgeous and the views were beyond belief. It was the perfect setting for a getaway with friends but would also work really well for families and couples. The house is very conveniently located in Pedregal. I saw other reviews mentioning the steep walk from the Marina / Downtown area back up to Pedregal. This is no joke! There are convenient pedestrian gates with security cards which make coming and going very easy, but the walk back up to the house will test your endurance for sure. Be sure to bring comfy shoes for the walking!! If this is your first trip to Cabo, I highly recommend working with Mary and Roy. They are terrific people and they could not have made us feel more welcomed in Pedregal. Be sure to check out Mary's recommendations for transportation, fishing and dining. We went with her picks and were blown away by our experience. The highlight of our trip was catching 2 striped marlin, about 100 inches each, and a 5 foot dorado on my birthday. We had a fantastic trip and are already planning our return to Cabo!!"
