  • Stunning and Accommodating Vacation Home

"This home delivered on all aspects of my family's vacation. We traveled with a group of 6 adults, varying in age from early-20's to early 60's. We were less than a 3 minute walk from the beach when we wanted to have a quiet day, or a short cab ride to either San Jose or Los Cabos for a night out. We also had the option of relaxing by the private pool and hot tub. The gentlemen in our group even booked a deep sea fishing excursion, in less than a days notice. Overall, the house was clean and accented well with updated appliances. It had more than enough room to accommodate my family and the kitchen was perfect for a night in. We can't wait to go back and bring a bigger group next time!"

  • Stunning views and first class home in a gorgeous development

"We had a group of 5 couples stay in Villa Esperanza for a 5 day vacation, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home's location and views are special, with a huge semi-circular floor-to-ceiling window facing the stunning sunset view over the Pacific, and we spent most of our time on the two-tier patio with a pool, outdoor dining table and two fire pits with lots of seating. The pool is small but pretty, with an infinite edge and a small hot tub. The home is perched on a cliff a hundred feet or so above the ocean (and a few hundred feet back, with a couple homes below) in a dense but very nice gated development called Pedregal, which is a short-ish (but vertical) walk to downtown Cabo and its harbor. It is also a short(er) walk the other direction to the beach, which is beautiful but not very user or swimmer-friendly, because of the ocean currents and coarse sand, so perhaps not ideal for small children (we didn't bring ours!). Each bedroom (but one) had similarly beautiful views of the ocean, and were suites that were well appointed and well designed. One bedroom faced the ridge, but it was the largest suite, and also very well done. The staff who helped us were all terrific, with great attitudes and good english. We would definitely go back. The pictures are all accurate."

  • Nice Home, A Few Minor Hiccups

"Home was well maintained, clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Our comments as a group: Great location in the corridor. Close to town, Costco, Home Depot and public beaches. The Restaurant Viejo next door is Top Shelf. We had dinner there twice and if you catch the Cuban night there is great dancing to boot. Views on rooftop bar are spectacular. The home is in a gated community, but take note you will have to leave some identification at the gate coming in. We really enjoyed the bar downstairs and hot tub and pool area. Also the SONOS sound system was perfect for us as I have the same set up at home and I was able to download the bluetooth and rock. WiFi and DISH Network worked great, and local calls to the US were no charge. Home was equipped with boogey boards and we added a cooler for the beach trips. We did suggest that there be a map of the beach below us. It was difficult to find but nice place to snorkel and kid friendly. The houses down towards the beach are very nice. Christina is up above that a little and there are a couple houses that seem dark and uninhabited close by. There was also a dog that barked in the middle of the night right next to us twice, and many dogs that barked in the morning as people got up and let them out, especially Saturday. One home improvement would be a staircase from the upstairs kitchen to the lower pool area. You must walk to the back of the home to find stairs that take you lower. The pictures also suggested a roof top sunning area, but it is really located outside the upper floor. Maybe we got confused. All told, Mexico is great to visit and the people are more than happy to make sure you have a great time. Cabo is growing but it is still easy to get into great restaurants or bars on the beach. If you haven't been to Mexico, Cabo is a great place to start."

  • Perfect Location for All

"What a beautiful place The accommodations and amenities were above our expectations. The culinary equipment (pots/pans/knives) were like what you would have at home (since we do a lot of cooking, this was a huge perk). The furniture was very comfortable, as were the beds. We had all the comforts of home from linens to toiletries, to kitchen soap, etc. I can't say enough about this. We chose to rent a car (recommended Europcar $210) and of course, got lost - poor Ivan had to wait on us, yet he was nothing but professional upon our late arrival. The refreshing beer & chips/quac was a welcome surprise. You went above and beyond making us feel truly welcome. You're place is an ideal location for everything. Far away from the hustle of the night life in town, but close enough to be there in 7 minutes by car. The five minute walk to the beach was perfect for the morning sunrise experience. The Madeira Bistro (Brazilian Restaurant) is a must place to eat, if you haven't already. But be prepared to go to bed right after, as you'll be completely stuffed. There was so much delicious food - just outstanding. We hit Santa Maria Bay twice and did our own snorkeling tour (thanks for having the gear on hand). We found out from the locals that the fish like bread. I must of have had 40 fish swimming around my head in 2 feet of water. Great experience. And if nothing else, after a long day of ATVing, snorkeling or just drinking Pacifica and Tequila - get the massage - they come right to the condo! (Mario will hook you up). This trip was perfect, perfect, perfect. THANK YOU!"
