  • Gorgeous home, great location, spectacular views

"Casa Bella Vista is stunning, top to bottom, and the views can't be beat. The neighborhood, Pedegral, is gated and extremely safe and quiet. The home's floor plan is ideal for multiple couples or large families, allowing for privacy with it's 5 independent levels, while providing the perfect common area for gatherings with the pool, living room and kitchen in a centralized location. The home is recently renovated and in perfect condition and features all the amenities you'd hope for. The concierge service was super accommodating, responding to requests immediately (although there were few since the home was in perfect condition). Overall, Casa Bella Vista was the perfect venue for our week-long trip. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat, while being just minutes from the beach and lively Cabo scene."

  • Simply fabulous!

"My husband and I took our two sons, 22 and 18, to Cabo for a final family getaway before our youngest headed off to college. We chose Villa La Estancia because it had been highly recommended by friends that travel to Cabo frequently. We booked unit 2701 through Malcolm and Vicki at La Estancia Vacations, and could not have been happier with the unit, the level of service from the resort, and the service and expertise of Malcolm and Vicki. The unit itself is beautifully appointed, impeccably maintained, and has incredible views of the Lands End rocks. We could have spent the entire vacation on our balcony, it was so wonderful up there. The resort is beautiful, with excellent restaurants, beautiful pool and, and arguably our favorite hang-out, a swim-up bar. The staff throughout the resort was very friendly and attentive. The only slight negatives were that the wait for elevators could be a bit long, and we were "invited" at check-in to enjoy "gold card discounts" throughout our stay if we agreed to attend a time-share presentation - a bit off-putting for such a high-end property. During our stay, we took advantage of parasailing and jet ski rentals right outside the resort on the beach. The jet skis were a bit on the worn side, but otherwise fun. We also took the sunset cruise on the Cabo Mar - fabulous!. My husband and boys went on an 8-hour fishing excursion - got skunked, but that's fishing for you. We took the easy cab ride into Cabo San Lucas several times - enjoyed fabulous meals at La Pintada, Mi Casa and The Office - even partied down with our boys one night at Squid Roe. This vacation was perfect for us - many thanks to Villa La Estancia and La Estancia Vacations for making it so!!"

  • Beautiful view and across from the beach!

"My family spent 8 days at the beautiful Casa Brisa Del Mar. I loved staying here. The house is very modern and had everything we needed to cook and bake, both of which we do a lot. The hot tub and infinity pool facing the Pacific were amazing. We spent a lot of our time there. Dining at the table and watching the sunset was another favorite. Beware: the stone floors are very unforgiving when you drop things or knock something over, so we ended up replacing a few wine glasses. The glass shatters in a million pieces so bring a comfy pair of house slippers, just in case. I'd suggest using plastic, of which there is plenty for pool-friendliness. The beach entry is directly across the street, so that was fun too. There is also a large playground at the base of the driveway, where I played with my nephews. It has a basketball court, slide, swings and fort. Lots of fun! There is lots to do right around the house and lots of books too, if you just want to hang out in the hammock. I liked that 3 of the 4 bedrooms had Pacific-facing balconies. The beds are very comfortable and Maribelle came to clean every day. She was so sweet and wonderful but I would probably choose every other day next time. The staff is helpful and kind. If there is any issue, they will come fix it immediately. The hot tub wasn't hot enough for us, so we emailed one night and they came the next morning to turn it up to our desired temp. The pool cleaners came twice and were unobtrusive and kind. We rented a car, but it is just as easy to call for a cab if you want to go into town. The walk to town is hilly but not super long so that's possible too if you don't mind the heat. We ended up staying at the house a lot but also went shopping, golfing and boating. p.s. if you rent a car, be prepared to pay for the Mexican insurance, which is expensive. We have tried many companies, but there is no getting around this. I definitely would stay here again!"
