  • Great getaway

"Very relaxing, laid back Founders village casa. Loved the town, everyone from the cafe's, grocery store to restaurants were really nice & helpful. Renting a car we were able to explore Loreto, go whale watching on the pacific side and to the San Javier mission in the mountains. The beaches are great, the sea life is amazing, lots to do in the water. The Loreto bay hotel patio was our on the beach afternoon Pacifico, chips & guacamole. Yum. Can't wait to go back."

  • We loved this home, the owners, and Loreto!

"We knew we wanted to get away to Mexico with our closest friends--but wanted to try something new. We were absolutely blown away by our experience in Loreto in general and with this luxurious home in particular. Loreto is a quaint fishing town with a central square surrounded by shops, restaurants, and vendors of all sorts. The cobble stone streets are tree lined, and late night cafes pop up for an after dinner drink. The harbor is more developed, but still has an authentic feel. We toured remote beaches by boat, ate fresh seafood, and enjoyed the warmth of the people in this community tremendously. Our Spanish is a little rusty--but the locals were very patient and most understood English as a back up. The home we picked was more than we expected--fully stocked with all you could possibly need to make your stay special. The home features three lovely and large bedrooms, plenty of room for the four of us! A gourmet kitchen with separate dining room anchors the main floor. Flowing corridors, and an intimate living room make for cozy nights curled up with a book. A highlight though is the upstairs fire pit and the crows nest featuring a hammock (perfect for a quick siesta). The pool is gorgeous, and the beach right past the gate is sandy and lovely to walk along. The best feature of all has to be the owners. They really made our trip unique. They provided guidance every step of the way--from airport shuttles, advise on where to go, where (and what) to eat, to arranging paddle board rentals, to even helping us hire a personal chef to prepare a special birthday meal for the four of us (with delicious cake even). I highly recommend this home, it is outfitted with every feature and comfort a guest could ask for. It really felt like our home."

  • Secure Loreto Home

"We enjoyed excellent weather in Loreto mid-November to mid-December 2016. The owners were easy to work with and responsive to our questions. The home is located in a nice neighborhood and is just a block walk from the beach. It has a kitchen that is well-stocked for enjoying your meals in comfort. You will get your exercise going up and down the stairs. The view has been diminished by the house that was built on the lot next door."

  • A treasured gem!

"Where to begin? Lynn greeted us with homemade mango jam from the trees on the property. She graciously showed us around and made us feel right at home. Randy and Lynn have a gem of a place and what a ideal location! We had the use of bicycles and snorkeling gear. The pool is refreshingly delightful and the Sea of Cortez is just a stones throw away. Our unit was perfect, it was clean, the kitchen well stocked and we had use of wifi. We even had our own gas barbecue, which we regularly used. When not eating at one of the fabulous restaurants that our host recommended, we ate our meals on our private, covered patio. Even enjoyed a nap in the hammock. Beatriz took good care of us, cleaned our unit, even did our laundry! Randy set up with a fantastic guide who took us fishing, snorkeling and he suggested that our guide drop us off for lunch at the remote, exquisite, La Picazon. What a day that was! My husband and I can't say enough about our stay at the Hamman's rental. The town of Loreto is lovely, scenic, tranquil and the people are warm and friendly. Our only regret is that our stay was just one week. We WILL be back and next time extend our stay. We thank Randy & Lynn for their gracious hospitality. Perfection! Barbie & Terry"
