  • Favorite Place in Los Barriles!

"We had a wonderful time and loved staying in this main-level one-bedroom condo that opens right out to the pools, swim-up bar and beach. This unit is well-appointed with a fully functioning kitchen with lots of dishes and appliances (which sometimes places are lacking). The view is terrific, the atmosphere has a very relaxing vibe, all the people we met were extremely nice and the view is amazing. We enjoyed watching the boats go out each morning and come back in each afternoon, counting their fish flags and checking in on the fishing tournament. Pedro, the on-site manager (?) was so wonderful to us and checked on us several times to make sure everything was okay. He also helped us arrange for a side-by-side to take up to the arroyo. Beautiful... and fun! The food at the Bay View restaurant is wonderful and there is a great variety which it makes it easy for every one to find something they like. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful time and excellent accommodations."

  • Phenominal Experience!

"We had such an amazing time and we fell in love with Los Barriles! Victor greeted us at the airport and helped us get settled in the home. He was very nice and helpful and we were glad we had him! This home was perfect for us, suited our needs, and was very comfortable. Breathtaking views from virtually every window, upper patio, back veranda, or walking along the beach in search of round rocks and other treasures. We were there with another couple and the layout of the home was perfect as the master is on one end of the house (off the kitchen) and the other bedrooms were at the opposite end with a shared bathroom. We rented an ATV to go back and forth into town. Enjoyed eating and many of the restaurants and drinking our way up the beach ;) We snorkeled in Punta Pescadero (6 miles north) and it was awesome. We visited Cabo one day (hour and a half away) and visited the arches and just wanted to get back home to Los Barriles! We swam in the pool at Hotel Palmas De Cortez in town and enjoyed Hector's drinks and the company of the locals and other visitors. Though a swimming pool is near completion at the house we were just a few weeks too early to enjoy. The home offered us tranquility every morning watching the sunrise and every evening under the stars (one night we watched a distant lightening storm dancing on the sea). We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area, swimming in the sea, and just relaxing."

  • O M G Outrageous

"Where do I begin, anywhere anytime because every moment was great. We were greeted by Jose and he was wonderful. Anything we needed he got., including electricity. Yes the electricity went out but a generator is available if needed. Only out for about 45 minutes. But we just went outside and enjoyed the evening. The house and grounds were spotless. They were there every morning to inspect and work the property. We rented ATV's from Jose brother or brother in law not sure. But it was great. They delivered the Atvs for our 24 hr rental period. The air conditioning in the house rocks but not so much in the little bedroom with the bunk beds. Next time we will rent the entire house. The main house was beautiful as well. The beach has rocks that are buried so wear shoes. Please read all information given to you by the owner it was the best ever. If you are renting a car and driving there GO THE LONG NON SENIC ROUTE it is the best on our vehicle and less bumps. Well worth the price. Oh yeah get a chance to have Jose wife cook for you do it because I don't like Mexican food and I loved it."
