  • Fantastic location right on the beach...

"El Zalate is a lovely complex - the grounds are meticulously maintained and the gardens are beautiful. The complex sits on the doorstep of Costa Azul beach where you can walk for miles and/or just sit and watch the world go by. The best feature of this condo is its balcony. It is large and nicely furnished - we enjoyed many hours out there watching the sunrise and the whales play. We also enjoyed almost all our meals out there. It is ideally situated to get the early morning sun and then become quite shady later in the day. We rented a jeep to get around as we did not find the roadways to be at all walker friendly. We did not use the bus system but were told by others that it was very good and easy to use. Maybe next time 😎 The Mega store is close by and we were able to buy everything we needed there. Also as a special treat - there is a Fish Lady who visits El Zalate every Friday afternoon - she sells the freshest fish - excellent variety - reasonable prices. We also used the services of Nash Properties cleaning crew to come in weekly to clean the condo because who wants to do housework on vacation? They did a fantastic job and we would highly recommend them. Les and his assistant Maggie were good to deal with. Responsive to our inquiries and quick to provide anything we needed. We would return to El Zalate in the future."

  • Stay 1 week and you will wish it was 2

"My wife and I and another couple went and stayed for a week for my wife's birthday. It was such a great time it turned into an "annual trip". The house and the pool are perfect for any group, adults and/or children, plenty of room and perfect amenities for everyone. We used Dennise as our concierge to set up tee times, dinners, golfing, dolphin experience and more. She was very prompt about returning emails and getting the times and dates for activities we wanted. We used Eve for a private chef a couple of nights and she made excellent food at a reasonable price making the stay at home dining experience perfect. We would recommend this for anyone wanting to stay in a beautiful home in San Jose del Cabo. The town is wonderful, a place you can go without being bothered to buy trinkets and being hassled. The house is 5 minutes from the Marina, 4 minutes from Golf and less than 10 minutes from town, it doesn't get any better."

  • Great Location, Great Condo, Great Views, Mykonos is GREAT!

"This was our first time to Cabo and what a great surprise the entire experience was. Firstly - staying closer to San Jose Del Cabo was a great decision. Unless you want to be closer to the "action" - we liked the slower pass of San Jose. The town of San Jose is charming and there are great restaurants - we liked Lolita's cafe, Sardina Cantina (walking distance from the condo) and El Toro Guero (great seafood - Rick Bayless (chef) goes there when in town.) Skip Zippers and 7seas - both are not worth it when there are plenty of other great options. Art walk on Thursday's is worth it - and a good excuse to wander the streets. The condo has spectacular views and is very well equipped with about everything you need for the beach or just hanging in the condo. The Mega has plenty of grocery options to stock up for meals in the condo. We really liked the Mykonos property - it was well maintained - and the pools were fantastic. The gate was rarely down- but there was always a friendly guard who recognized us - the property felt very safe. Probably the best part of the condo was the porch - it's massive with enough space to have guests over - plenty of seating - or just chill. The only downer was there is construction right next door and a huge crane (literally you could climb it from the left of the porch)- but we imagine that will be done in the next few months - if you are an early riser they don't start construction noise until around 8:30 AM - and the sound of the waves blocks the noise most of the time. Construction is happening everywhere - so this wasn't an issue for us. Bedrooms were spacious - and there was nothing like being able to see the sand and waves right from the master bedroom. We loved the massive shower that felt like an outdoor shower. You don't need a car - but we would recommend one - it's difficult to explore without one. We highly recommend Santa Maria beach for snorkeling - they just completed a massive renovation including a walkway that could accommodate a wheelchair to the beach. Chilano is good - but the construction is distracting. We also recommend going to Cabo Pulmo - if you are adventurous - it's drive up a dirt trail about 50 miles - the views and beaches are fantastic. Dirt trail - and bumpy with no cell coverage - so be prepared. This is a great location, condo and views."

  • 5 Star Experience and More!!!! (Simply Incredible)

"There are no words to describe our 2nd home (this House). My wife turned 30 and we invited 2 other couples to join us on this romantic birthday getaway. The house is simply amazing. The views will leave you speechless, the communuity is quiet and the service provided by the house was perfect. There were a total of 6 people in the house and it was more then enough room to be 'romantic' and also spend time together. The housekeepers were amazing and they sure can make an amazing breakfast. Make sure you book them to cook and they also will buy groceries from the local store. The beds are so comfortable better then any hotel we have ever stayed at. Please do not wait any longer to book this place. Book now as you will not regret it."
