  • 3Br 2 bath condo with great view.. Jan 9-16 2017

"4th floor condo has a great view of the ocean and surf. Downtown San Jose del Cabo is 5 minutes away by car. If you surf or like the ocean this is the place. Kitchen is well appointed and the furniture is comfortable and clean. BBQ and patio furniture on the balcony was a nice extra. The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. The TV has Netflix and DVD but no TV stations or satellite. If there is a problem or questions the management or the owner are responsive. Pool and landscaping were beautiful and right above the ocean and the gym was nice to have. The one major negative was the master shower had little or no water pressure and no hot water so we weren't able to use it. It didn't create a problem for us but it could for other groups. Highway 1 is right behind the complex and the traffic noise gets loud when its busy. We had a great time, the weather was wonderful, the ocean was warm, the condo was nice and fairly priced."

  • loved it and exactly as the pictures show

"We truly enjoyed our 2 week stay in the condo. Perfect if looking for a quiet relaxing time. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and pots & pans. The bathroom had plenty of towels but just be sure to bring your own soap, shampoo, etc. The bed was the most comfortable that have slept in Mexico. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. The patio was large and enjoyed sitting outside watching the sunrise and sunset. Suzanne was a delight to meet and even brought us a couple plastic wine glasses for our use. The large Mega store is a nice walk down the beach and cab back. Zipper and Mama Mia restaurants are close and excellent food! The thing missing was there was no BBQ outside so had to cook our meals inside. Every Friday a older man comes by the pool to sell very fresh seafood of prawns, lobster, scallops, and tuna."

  • Paradise

"We had the pleasure of staying at the gorgeous property Jan. 2- Jan. 11. The house was everything promised and more, the beautiful pictures don't do it justice. We were a party of 10, including 3 couples and four children (9, 6, 2 and a six-month-old baby). We loved that the living room and dining area were big enough for us to all hangout and relax and that the bedrooms were very private and quiet. Note that only one of the rooms is in the main house and the others are accessed from the outside, so we split up and each slept with one of our boys so they wouldn't be scared at night. The outdoor space was perfect, we spent much of our time hanging out in the pool, hot tub and around the palapa where we enjoyed grilling and having our afternoon cocktails. As we were there in January we chose to pay extra to have the pool heated and we were glad we did. The kitchen was very well appointed and had everything we needed. We went to La Comer (formerly MEGA) store several times for groceries and drinks and found it easy to navigate and that it had a great selection. Typically I would walk there along the beach and then take a taxi home after shopping. In the La Comer shopping area you can grab a coffee at Starbucks and I loved the green juice at the green goddess organic store a few blocks away from the shopping area. We did not rent a car so we would walk down to the resort by the beach and grab a taxi if we were going anywhere not within walking distance. The walk to the resort and the beach was down a fairly steep road with a sidewalk that had several steps, so that was a bit tricky in the dark and with a stroller. The ocean view was spectacular and the neighborhood was quiet and well taken care of. We found a small play area a few blocks up the hill near the tennis courts and the kids had fun playing there. The beach down the hill was very large and not crowded while we were there, but the "fatal" to swim flags were up so we only put our feet in. We loved the Palmilla beach just a few minutes drive away that was very family friendly, our boys had a blast swimming and snorkeling there. We have stayed in high-end resorts in the corridor and Cabo San Lucas many times but this was our first time staying in San Jose Del Cabo and we loved it and were so happy we found this little piece of paradise. Henry and Martha, the managers, were very responsive and accomidating. We highly recommend this house and hope to make it back again soon!"

  • Wonderfull villa, great setting and surrounding, and thoughtfull owner

"We came mid august, party of six, and had a great time. The villa is extremely beautifull, and furnished with taste. Plenty of common room to meet, or keep to oneself. The villa sits on top of a hill, in a quiet and secure development. In august, only a few houses are occupied, and it feels as we have the town to ourselves (and we had gorgeous weather all week). Jim is a darling, both for getting info on the town (he arranged a great fishing trip through friends of his, we caugth a 180lb Marlin. not bad for rookies) or resolving any issue. Anna, the housemanager is also great, and available. The town is a only a 8-10mn drive, good for grocery shopping, restaurants, and a few shops. Not the Cabo Party town, but a nice mexican village. I recommand the fresh fish at the local market. Not a lot of gringos, but fresh farm veggies and tuna. A great perk is access to the membership only beachclub, with a great pool, great bar, gym, killer lunch and margaritas..... right down the hill. In august, we had about two miles of empty beach just for us, and a almost privatised club !! thanks Jim"
