Just a great location! Secure and safe ground floor unit situated very close to the beach with stunning views and crashing waves you can hear from the patio!Really enjoyed the small pool area, just like having your own private place to relax, sun, nap, etc.Condo very well-equipped and comfortable with most everything needed to stay for a while.Plenty of good shopping and dining spots nearby, easily within walking distance.

This unit is top notch! Very well maintained . We have stayed in several VRBO’s in the same area, this condo was our favorite. It has amazing views and very relaxing! This is the perfect place, the property is very beautifully maintained. We prefer San Jose over Cabo area, great beach, no vendors! We will definitely be back,Les was a great host.

We just finished a five night stay in this condo and I could not be more happy with our decision to stay here! The property is spectacular with amazing amenities. Your two bedroom condo is super spacious with a large fully equipped kitchen. Two full baths plus a half bath was perfect for our party consisting of two couples. The patio is huge and literally walks out to the pools/ hot tubs and massive beach! We spent all day everyday at the beach using the provided beach chairs/ umbrellas and beach towels. Forget a beach bag? They had several to use! The evenings in the hot tub were amazing. The people at this location were so nice and we met some fabulous people we now call friends! Can’t recommend this place enough!

My kids and I LOVED our stay at the Carlson casa! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s just a short walk to the beach through the property. Kristen the property manager arranged all our excursions, including transportation, groceries upon our arrival and a welcome snack. Her and Pablo were great at communicating should we need anything. We didn’t end up renting a car, but we were able to get Ubers pretty quickly. There are two restaurants within walking distance from the condo if you don’t feel like cooking. They provided beach towels, umbrella and boogie boards to you to use. Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

I stayed 4 days here with some girlfriends and we had an absolutely incredible time. The owners did such a beautiful job of building this place. You can tell they really put their hearts into it. Everything about it was wonderful. The beds are comfy. The casitas are beautiful. We stayed outside most of the time, either at the pool or palapa. We hung out under that beautiful palapa late into the nights and went back under there first thing in the morning for coffee and yoga. The vibe is so good. There is a lot to do in the area, but we really didn’t want to leave much. We did wander down to the beach a couple times (it’s amazing), as well as the hike to Punta Gorda and we had dinner at Zac’s most nights. (Zac’s has incredible food.) I was struck by the simplicity of everything - our entertainment was mostly each other and the wildlife (there’s a lot!). We are already planning a trip again in a few months. I cannot say enough good about this place! We took the owners advice and got groceries near the airport before heading out. We made sure to arrive before dark since this is rural Mexico and it would be difficult out to find otherwise, and we ate at Zac’s and took a voyage down the beach to Zai Sushi one night. The owners know what’s up. Their suggestions were spot on. Do keep in mind that this is wild territory. Lots of flora and fauna. We loved that aspect of it. It’s a perfect place to get away from the craziness of our modern lives and just unplug and breathe deeply.

We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the extra touches. Upon our arrival we were welcomed with homemade guacamole and chips. Everything needed for a beach day was available, 2 coolers, inflatables, beach chairs, even kids life vests and kid floaties though we didn’t use them. We appreciated having the basics to cook with oils and some spices, filtered water in the fridge. The views in this condo were phenomenal with 2 balconies, ocean views from the kitchen, living room and bedroom. Plenty of space for a family of 4. All the comforts needed for an amazing stay. Comfy beds, an air conditioner which was definitely needed to beat the heat and humidity. We felt safe behind security gates monitored 24/7 by security guards. We did use the gym. Washing machine and dryer was a plus with plenty detergent. The pool area was really nice with 2 pools, both facing the ocean. Bbq available if needed. Please note we are avid travelers and have stayed in many places throughout the world and as far as condos this one we highly recommend. We spent a wonderful week and the property was just as nice as advertised. Well stocked too. The unit and grounds were immaculate and the staff at the condo's were all helpful and very polite. A nice bonus was the listing of various services available to us which was very helpful. We took advantage of ordering our groceries that we would need for the week on line. The process was extremely easy and they were all unloaded and stocked when we arrived at the unit. Pablo was very gracious and willing to provide any assistance, even ordering a taxi for us although we later found that you can use Uber from the condo quite easy and less expensive. If there is any one thing that maybe could have been a little better was the communication subsequent from the initial reservation. In some instances it took several days to get a reply but really not a big deal. We most definitely will return.

We absolutely LOVED our time here!! We live in Seattle, WA and have been dying to find a winter vacation spot that we can keep coming back to over and over again and THIS PLACE IS IT! Check in is super easy with a code that the front gate gives you and there's tons of information inside the condo in case you need to immediately get in touch with the property manager/concierge. There was someone to help get our heavy bags up to the room and the elevator worked just fine. The condo contains everything you need! As we were packing up I even found better goggles than the ones I had previously been using! We cooked quite a few meals here and never wished we had another cooking utensil. We had all the towels needed for showers and for the beach and didn't feel like we needed to do laundry every day. We really loved the property itself as well. There are three different areas to eat/drink and we thoroughly enjoyed each of them. The menus changed for dinner each night (which we loved!) and the food was FANTASTIC! Every meal was so delicious and the service was the icing on the cake. Wefe, down at the Saltwater bar, was one of the best bartenders we've had the pleasure of dining with--as are the people at the main pool bar! We spent TONS of time at each and literally didn't want to leave. The pool was always a refreshing temperature and when the tide was calm, the lifeguards let us swim! I was able to swim out to schools of Mobula rays that belly flopped down the beach and we saw quite a few whales as well! From the pool!! It was so special. We already miss the beautiful view from the balcony and we cannot wait to come back!!
