  • Missiones de San Jose

"Just spent three weeks James and Deb's condo at Les Missiones de San Jose. Had a wonderful time in Cabo, the locations is absolutely perfect, 5 minutes walk to Mega, bus across the street, ten minute walk to the Plaza where you can enjoy any kind of food you like, and live music on the sidewalk. The condo is very well equipped and very comfortable. The beds were great, had a wonderful night sleep each night. Did not even need to use the a/c at all. The complex is very nice as well, two pools, always clean, lovely couples (made some friends). Thank you James and Deb."

  • Great Stay

"Wife and I, along with another couple, stayed at Mananitas from Dec. 25, 2015 - Jan. 1, 2016. First things first. I really enjoyed working with Ron regarding our stay. He was quick to answer questions via e-mail and we had conversations on the phone and text. Can't say enough about how comfortable I felt heading into this stay. The condo is as advertised, maybe a little better. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the pots and pans, cooking utensils and kitchen supplies. This included two coffee makers, which was really appreciated as we had a decaf drinker and a couple regular coffee drinkers among us. We cooked breakfast most mornings, so we really appreciated the kitchen. This condo has a great veranda/lanai with a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez. There was a full moon during our stay, so watching the moon rise and the reflection of the water was really something. The wife is not a huge sun person, so she really enjoyed being able to relax and read here during the day and the four of us spent many hours here in the evening. Other highlights: - Great pool options. We are beach people, so did not use the pools, instead enjoying the wide beach. Great place of seaside sunning. - A five minute walk to the Mega, a full service grocery (and more) that will have all the things you would need during your stay. Ron has a cart, cloth bags and bag holders available. These are great as the bags used in Mexico and not comparable to what you might be used to from your local US grocery. - Strong and reliable wi-fi. - Cabs and local busses are a couple minutes walk away. Several good restaurants within walking distance. I see people on message boards talking of walking to town, but that is probably a little over two miles. Bus ride was slightly over $1 and a cab was $6 for four of us. - Very secure setting. Security personnel were very visible, day and night. They quietly went about their business. This was our first stay in San Jose after over a dozen stays in Cabo San Lucas. San Jose is much quieter than San Lucas, which we found quite refreshing. Many good restaurants all over town. I would anticipate that we will be returning to San Jose and this great condo."

  • Fantastic location right on the beach...

"El Zalate is a lovely complex - the grounds are meticulously maintained and the gardens are beautiful. The complex sits on the doorstep of Costa Azul beach where you can walk for miles and/or just sit and watch the world go by. The best feature of this condo is its balcony. It is large and nicely furnished - we enjoyed many hours out there watching the sunrise and the whales play. We also enjoyed almost all our meals out there. It is ideally situated to get the early morning sun and then become quite shady later in the day. We rented a jeep to get around as we did not find the roadways to be at all walker friendly. We did not use the bus system but were told by others that it was very good and easy to use. Maybe next time 😎 The Mega store is close by and we were able to buy everything we needed there. Also as a special treat - there is a Fish Lady who visits El Zalate every Friday afternoon - she sells the freshest fish - excellent variety - reasonable prices. We also used the services of Nash Properties cleaning crew to come in weekly to clean the condo because who wants to do housework on vacation? They did a fantastic job and we would highly recommend them. Les and his assistant Maggie were good to deal with. Responsive to our inquiries and quick to provide anything we needed. We would return to El Zalate in the future."

  • Casa Los Amigos

"This house is incredible! Really something you would see in a dream home magazine. Great layout with plenty of space for a large family/group/etc. with all the amenities you could ask for. We had a large group of friends in Cabo for a wedding and this house was perfect. Highly recommend having the concierge service send a chef to cook, the food was amazing and it was very inexpensive. 5 Stars"
