  • Amazing stay, beautiful & elegant villa. Quiet and everything we needed!!

"I´ve been coming down to Los Cabos for several years now, and this time I wanted something more exclusive, away from the crowds with high-end amenities. This place had it all. The place was very clean, views are amazing, and the quiet you get is very relaxing. The villa is decorated beautifully, just like a high-end home should be. Open floor plan that allowed me to be cooking and enjoying the view while talking to friends on the terrace. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)"

  • Perfect for a multi-generational family reunion!

"Our family (18 adults and seven kids) stayed at the Inn the week after New Year's Day this year. Our group was comprised of family members ranging from my seven month old daughter all the way up to our family matriarch, my 84 year old grandmother. The owner, Christine, and the staff are unbelievably focused on ensuring all are comfortable at all times during the stay. The property manager (Sergio) was so easy to work with throughout the process of coordinating the trip. Our family came from all parts of the US (Chicago, California, Colorado, and New Mexico). Sergio organized three different vans to pick all of us from the airport. Sergio all asked about what kinds of food our family prefers. The cooks (Mariate and Lucy) are equally, if not, more amazing. Everything they made was perfect. The Inn is a rare property in Cabo Sur that includes three meals a day for the entire group. Our family looked forward to hearing the bell which let everyone know that breakfast, lunch, or dinner was ready. Chuy is Sergio's assistant and he was very attentive to any need we might have. The staff purchased inflatable pool toys so all the kids (all adults) could have fun in the pool. They provided a volleyball net, sea kayak, snorkeling equipment, life jackets, boogie boards to play in the water at the beach (which is literally steps away). The rooms are meticulously maintained with crisp sheets and bedding. Each room has its own bathroom and shower. Each room has remote controlled air conditioning (although we didn't use it because at night the weather was perfect with the windows open). The grounds are beautiful, cactus, palm trees, and flowers everywhere. It is obvious that the owners and staff are committed to taking care of the property. Many of my family members have traveled all over the world (North America, South America, Europe, Asia, etc) and what separates the Inn at Rincon from pretty much any other place is the hospitality. It is not a forced hospitality that you might encounter in a chain resort. We were able to get to know Sergio and his family during the week we stayed at the Inn. They are truly some of the nicest people I have ever met. On our departure day, the transport van arrived at the Inn with one less car seat than what we ordered. Sergio took his daughter's car seat out of his car and let us put it in the van. This is just one example of the Inn's 100% commitment to its guests. Sergio-thank you! We had a perfect stay-so will you!"

  • This was an amazing find for our family!

"This was a great find for our first time in Los Barriles. The location is wonderful - right on the beach but in walking distance to everything we needed in town. The condo was more spacious than I expected and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Everything was comfortable. It was really great to be able to use the amenities of the hotel next door yet have our own area outside of the condo building as well. I can't say enough positive things about Kim and Rick - they were always responsive and definitely went out of their way for us. Very thankful we found this place!"

  • Casa Katalina

"We enjoyed our week at Casa Katalina - it was a charming casita. The only issue I have is that the house is not a 2 bedroom - it is a 1 bedroom & a den with a futon (only sheets no blanket) - the den is open to the rest of the house - this would be awkward if 2 couples arrived expecting 2 bedrooms. The house is well taken care of & other than the bedroom situation - is as advertised."
