  • Beautiful and Comfortable!

"My family travels a lot and we are fortunate enough to have stayed in many luxury villas in the Cabo area including Esperanza and Las Ventanas. We were absolutely impressed with this beautiful two bedroom unit at Hacienda Beach Club. The layout is ideal with the emphasis on the spectacular view. The wrap around outdoor living space offers a fantastic view of the beach and opens up from the main living room to give create an expansive entertaining space. The thoughtfully chosen decor is the perfect balance between beachy casual and sophisticated contemporary. We particularly enjoyed the spacious master bathroom, his and her sinks, separate closets and luxurious bedding. The well-appointed kitchen was spacious and had all the bells and whistles one would need to cook light fare or entertain a large group of guests. Allison very clearly cares about the comfort and well being of her guests. She had traditional mexican appetizers and snacks catered to the home for our arrival and made a point of introducing herself during our stay. Hacienda Beach Club is a great location and this 2 bedroom unit is a perfect place to enjoy it!"

  • The perfect place

"Planning a retreat at Casa Geneva was the perfect plan after a long winter and work burnout. Tony and Janelle are very welcoming and great temporary neighbours to have. The house is very well built and kept up, very comfortable and beautiful. We loved being able to walk to the beach and sit and watch the sunset on the rooftop patio. The kitchen was very good for cooking after we went into town and visited the local food merchants. Bed was comfy, everything was clean, absolutely no disappointment. Todos Santos is a very welcoming town and good if you like to stroll around and don't want anything chaotic or pretentious. All of the people were very kind. Take time to see the local art and get some of the history of the town. We'd also recommend taking in the local beaches. Janelle has taken time to write up a good list of recommendations for food and activities. Tony and Janelle are obviously kind to the locals because if you tell them that you know Papa Tony they always smile and are happy to hear it. Anyone who loves flowers and gardens should take in Janelle's beautiful work. We would definitely return in the future."

  • Good family vacation location

"We stayed in a second floor unit suitable for up to 6 people (king, double and a set of bunk beds). The beds were solid with good linens and the two bathrooms had plenty of towels. The unit was clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen had all the cooking tools needed with plenty of plates and cutlery. There were a couple of maintenance issues with our unit, but Ginny was actively working on getting them solved. Ginny took excellent care of us from start to finish and I hope to use her services in the future! She also prearranged (including payment) of our transportation to and from the airport; a great relief to us during our planning. There are two elevators, making life much easier for my mom who has a hard time on stairs. There is ramp from the street level to the reception area, but it is gated and locked most of the time. There is a wheelchair available most of the time, luggage storage in the reception area, a mini store, ATM machine, and spa. Excellent food and friendly staff at the poolside bar and grill. This is an excellent facility for families. Easy walking distance to the ocean and a number of good places to eat."

  • Beautiul community, love the Kayaks and beautiful decor of Cambia's place.

"Pictures do not do this community justice. The grounds and casita were gorgeous. Flowers and birds surrounded every building. My family used the kayaks whenever we wanted as Gorge gave us the paddles when we spoke to him the first day. The palapas on the beach were a perfect shady spot and the water was calm and perfect temperature for swimming and boating. We had the amazing cinnamon rolls and coffee drinks at the funky Cafe Corazon on the main road. All the people were friendly, mostly Canadians and Californians who vacation or live there part time. The security guards and other staff spoke English and tolerated my broken Spanish and were so kind and accommodating. I felt safe and pampered the whole time. Cambia's casita is well decorated, up to date, very clean, and has everything we could need for our stay. The beds were dreamy, the towels were ample and the kitchen gadgets were of all varieties. The bikes and inflatable rafts were great to use. She was very helpful from the start to finish and I would rent from her again in a heartbeat. It is a very short walk to the beach and in a nice private courtyard. The upper patio grill was great for stargazing and night dining. We went into Loreto proper and loved the pretty and historic courthouse and center square with a variety of places to sit outside and have happy hour or dinner, shop or grab ice cream. Must do- charter a panga boat ride to Coronado island. We saw dolphins, sea lions, manta rays, a rare blue-footed boobie, starfish, and (unfortunately) jellyfish. (Other boaters came to our assistance with white vinegar and Benadryl pills and cream for the jelly sting.) The island was straight from a post card with white sand beach and teal water. Highly recommend the restaurant Fonda Canipole where the chef Sofia greeted us with 'welcome to my home' and treated us as if we had just stepped into her private kitchen. The vacation was great. Cambria's place was fabulous and a welcome comfort to come home to at the end of a long day. I highly recommend this casita for a great vacation."
