  • Serene, beautiful view, relaxing, very few people on the beach, amazing place to stay!

"Let's start with Kim, the home owner- she is so nice and easy to work with and very helpful to anything in the area that you need to know. The Studio is everything you need for a couple. Very comfy bed and cozy well decorated room. Well equipped for cooking and relaxing. Just remember it's off the grid so no blender, food processor, coffee maker etc. There is a coffee pot you add hot water over coffee that makes great coffee! Having coffee on the front porch watching the whales is amazing! There are a few grocery stores within 10-15 minutes. The Walmart has great prices on food, booze and whatever else you need. There is also a restaurant within walking distance called Buzzards. Great food and drinks with feet in the sand! Within 5 miles is Zacs which has good food and entertainment. The area is so safe and we snorkeled right at the beach here- lots of small colorful fish. Kim has chairs umbrellas coolers and even snorkel equipment to borrow! You can't go wrong staying here. We drove up to Cabo Pulmo on the main road - 1 1/2 hrs drive to do a snorkel tour. It was a fantastic drive and we saw so much snorkeling. The water was pretty chilly but worth snorkeling with sea lions and sea turtles and Lots of fish! We drove the dirt road down the coast which took quite awhile and is pretty rough but was well worth the views The airport is 30 minutes away and is an easy drive. Google maps were dead on with all of our stops. We drove from Cabo San Lucan and it took less than an hour. So delighted to find this quiet retreat after staying in the hustle and bustle of Cabo San Lucas! There is no TV but good internet. We had many great conversations instead and never missed any of it! We would highly recommend staying in this studio."

  • Casa Dia was perfect for a week of relaxation and walks on the beach

"I celebrated my birthday with my adult sons. The villa is beautifully designed and comfortably furnished. We had our morning coffee and breakfast on the patio and loved the panoramic view of the coast. There was easy access to the beach for our daily visit to the turtle sanctuary and walks along the beach. We drove to the town of Todos Santos or to the various beaches north and south for our lunch or dinner and sightseeing. Our favorite lunch spot was Bahia cafe. They have great seafood, ceviche, tacos and margueritas. They also sell fresh fish so we bought whole fish for grilling on the BBQ. I found a comfortable chair to read and relax. My son read two of Christine's Gusto books. Thanks to both of you for the love you put into your villa."

  • Fantástico

"Villa Pavo Real is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa with amazing views of Cabo and the marina. The morning sunrises were the perfect way to start each day. The pictures are an accurate representation of the property. We had 3 couples who picked numbers to determine room selection and we were last and still won!! There is not a bad room in the villa with each having a king size bed, private bath and a great view from the balcony or patio. We spent most of the time outdoors on the large patio either in the pool or hot tub with ample space to eat, drink, swim, soak, relax, sun bathe, read a book, or take a siesta. What a great way to break up the month of February. The owners, Bob and Karen are very accommodating and resourceful. There is a local manager, Baruch who is very helpful and available as much as needed. Thank you for a wonderful time!!!!"

  • Fabulous Family Villa Getaway

"My family and I (3 generations, all adults) spent 2 weeks around Christmas of 2016 at Villa Valentine. It was a perfect vacation because after snorkeling, drives to Cabo Pulmo and Punta Pescadero, trips by ATV along the beach to the lighthouse, and hanging out in Los Barriles, we always came home to the villa. To be specific, we rented the whole of the villa, which includes (in 3 stories) a master suite upstairs on the top floor with gorgeous cantina and beautiful deck with barbeque and hot tub, 2 bedrooms each with their own bath on the main floor, separated by the living room, dining room, and kitchen, and the bottom floor casita which includes bedroom, bath, living room, and kitchen. Oh, and there are (I think) 4 flat screens distributed about and satellite with Dish. The kitchen is stocked from a gourmet point of view. There are blow dryers and beach towels and even provisions that have been left by others to share. The owners of this magnificent place are readily available and so attentive and thoughtful. (They left the Christmas tree up for us so that we could celebrate a Christmas Eve birthday!) One caveat, which we happily complied with: the floors are so beautiful in the saltillo tile style and they are sealed, so we went without shoes inside. We just piled the shoes outside and collected them on our way out. This is a 3-floor palace, so there are stairs (once you are inside, the staircases are sweeping and shallow and not difficult to traverse), but as others have mentioned, it's good exercise and worth the effort for the gorgeous views. Also, this house is very close to the beach, maybe the equivalent to a city block, with beautiful views from the villa out to the sea from every room. To us it was perfect...Close to the sea and yet set back and private. There is a sound system and a DVD player. There is a phone line with free calls to the U.S. Again, we rented the entire villa, but I believe you can rent the Casita by itself, which has a private entrance and is a very comfortable apartment. This is a perfect spot for those who will treat this villa with loving care and appreciate all that it provides. Thank you Tim and Cindy for sharing your villa with us!"
