  • Another Excellent Stay

"We recently returned from a wonderful stay at Villa La Estancia. This was the second time that we rented this particular condo, and for good reason. We love having the convenience of being on the first floor right by the pool, gym, and other amenities. Traveling with our 3 year-old, we also did not want to worry about a balcony. The pool area is wonderful and the pool bar offers great food and drink at a reasonable price. We rented both sides of the condo for our large family and had plenty of room for everyone. The staff at this particular resort is amazing! Everyone is so accommodating and polite. As with most of the resorts in Cabo, on check-in you will be offered to sit in on a timeshare sales pitch in exchange for some free activities. We opted not to participate, and the resort staff was not pushy in trying to get us to attend. Erica is very accommodating and easy to work with, and we will definitely reach out to her again when our travels take us back to Cabo."

  • GREAT PLACE

"David and Rebecca did a wonderful job creating the perfect Baja getaway! The 4 casitas were quiet with a really nice pool. It is like a small private resort. There were only 2 of us but it was well worth having a larger place equipped with everything we needed, although we didn't cook much since there are so many awesome restaurants. Except for the night we ate the fish I caught off the beach, a 10 min. walk away. Caught enough to share, David fileted them and Rebecca fried them up - Delicious! Get a 4-wheeler, it is the best way to get around, you can take them anywhere. Even though it is only a 30 min. walk to town and there is a cool local gringo bar less then a 5 min. walk (Los Pescadores) with excellent food and a great margarita. One of the best things was meeting David & Rebecca (Missy too). David had smart ideas for our Mexican house and because of them we won't need a guest house since our family and friends will now be staying at Las Bougan Villas!"

  • Beautiful view and across from the beach!

"My family spent 8 days at the beautiful Casa Brisa Del Mar. I loved staying here. The house is very modern and had everything we needed to cook and bake, both of which we do a lot. The hot tub and infinity pool facing the Pacific were amazing. We spent a lot of our time there. Dining at the table and watching the sunset was another favorite. Beware: the stone floors are very unforgiving when you drop things or knock something over, so we ended up replacing a few wine glasses. The glass shatters in a million pieces so bring a comfy pair of house slippers, just in case. I'd suggest using plastic, of which there is plenty for pool-friendliness. The beach entry is directly across the street, so that was fun too. There is also a large playground at the base of the driveway, where I played with my nephews. It has a basketball court, slide, swings and fort. Lots of fun! There is lots to do right around the house and lots of books too, if you just want to hang out in the hammock. I liked that 3 of the 4 bedrooms had Pacific-facing balconies. The beds are very comfortable and Maribelle came to clean every day. She was so sweet and wonderful but I would probably choose every other day next time. The staff is helpful and kind. If there is any issue, they will come fix it immediately. The hot tub wasn't hot enough for us, so we emailed one night and they came the next morning to turn it up to our desired temp. The pool cleaners came twice and were unobtrusive and kind. We rented a car, but it is just as easy to call for a cab if you want to go into town. The walk to town is hilly but not super long so that's possible too if you don't mind the heat. We ended up staying at the house a lot but also went shopping, golfing and boating. p.s. if you rent a car, be prepared to pay for the Mexican insurance, which is expensive. We have tried many companies, but there is no getting around this. I definitely would stay here again!"

  • Awesome condo and location

"We loved this condo. It was just the right size and had a great layout. Right on the ocean, and you can watch surfers at the "Zippers" break which is a popular spot. I brought my inflatable SUP down, and was able to paddle in front of the condo (I am a beginner and it was definitely a learning curve getting out past the break - but once you are out there it is manageable). We loved how uncrowded the beach was. The condo is very quite, peaceful, and relaxing, and the grounds were well maintained (and barely any bugs!). We did not rent a car, and didn't feel one was needed. The bus system was fast (and cheap), and we were able to walk up to the Mega for groceries (it's about a mile away, and does require walking along the highway in some spots with no sidewalk). We loved eating at Sardina Cantina, about half a mile away, along with many of the restaurants in the downtown area. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend this unit and look forward to coming back again!"
