  • Great Place to Stay!

"We stayed at the penthouse during the last part of February 2016. The pictures do provide an accurate sense of what it is like to be at the penthouse. However, they cannot fully express the beauty, comfort and relaxation we experienced during our stay. The condo is very conveniently located close to the welcoming town of San Jose del Cabo. It is also near main roads if you wish to travel to Cabo San Lucas, Todos Santos or La Paz. If you prefer not to travel, the complex offers amenities that will meet your vacation needs – swimming, tennis, a gym and a spectacular beach that you can walk for miles. We used the well-equipped kitchen and barbeque to eat in some nights and went to nearby restaurants to enjoy excellent meals on others. The sound of the waves on the beach lulled us to sleep each night. The staff was very friendly. They were available to assist with any concerns and were not the least bit intrusive. The complex is safe and secure and very well maintained. The penthouse is well appointed and has stunning views. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing. Our stay was carefree, relaxing and memorable. It was very hard to leave! We hope to return again and highly recommend this penthouse."

  • What's not to like?

"Our family spent 2 weeks in this beautiful dream home. There were 10 of us, with plenty of room to “do our thing” with all of the spaciousness. Everything from a well-equipped kitchen with ”top of the line” appliances, to a beautiful pool and spectacular views. We were treated like royalty by staff everyday. The location of this property affords spectacular views of sunsets, expansive beach, Pacific Ocean and the new Jack Nicklaus golf course, with no other homes to the west to impede the views. After playing golf several times on the Quivera golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, it certainly lived up to its reputation. Every hole had an ocean view and was breathtaking. I can now check this off my bucket list, having played one of the top rated golf courses in the world. What a great vacation experience!"

  • Awesome trip

"Our experience/trip was awesome. The resort is beautiful, extremely clean and well kept. All of the staff from housekeeping, checkin, waitors, cart drivers and maintence people were all very friendly outgoing and ready to offer any assistance needed or just to answer questions. Jeff whome we booked out vacation with was very easy to work with and gave us immediate responses. I will without fail definitely be going back."

  • Everything was great

"The spacious condo was exactly as owner Cilla described. It's in a gated, private area that's quite safe. It's also an easy stroll to the beach and to the marina. The condo units are between monster resorts, Playa Grande and Grand Solmar, but there wasn't much noise coming from either location. There also was very little human presence on the clean, attractive beach, maybe because it's on the Pacific side and not suitable for swimming. It was suitable for strolling, which we did every day. Cilla was very responsive to my inquiries and the rental pricing was good, especially since she did not add tax or cleaning fees or deposit or other misc fees. Parking there is $5/day. I do recommend a car rental (now about $3 per day...but insurance is about $40/day). I also recommend traveling to Todos Santos and dining at a side cafe, and from there driving north and west to the enormous beaches that are virtually deserted!! There are also a number of terrific, must-see beaches in the corridor between Cabo and San Jose. Consider driving to Tobasco Beach (ask Google Maps), parking in the sand lot for 20 pesos, and enjoying massages ($30 for 70 min) and renting a kayak for an easy ride to Lover's Beach and then walking to Divorce Beach. Remember that everything's negotiable with Nacho and his crew, especially if you do package deals (like both massage and kayak rental). Be sure to eat at the local Tobasco cafe, where you'll enjoy large servings of very fresh food that is very low priced, compared to the big adjacent hotels. It's also a good place for watching all the goofy Americans with very red skin. We had a great vacation, and appreciate all of Cilla's help. Yeah, we're coming back."
