  • Beautiful Casa In A Great Location!

"I have rented homes in SM for 16 years and this rental was one of the best and most comfortable by far. On a beautiful narrow little street and perfect location. This house is beautifully done and kept very clean. The large roof patio is wonderful with lush plants and herbs and the views unending. Colette, one of the owners is just the best to work with and has great information on everything in the house plus good advice on where to eat. Many new restaurants now in SM. The location is one of the quietest, especially at night, that we have ever had. The staff are very kind and polite people. Don't miss out on this lovely rental!"

  • Wonderful Stay

"We had a girls week in San Miguel de Allende. The stay at the house was wonderful! It's close to the center of town and the neighborhood is charming. I'll be going back with my husband and family, and we'll be staying at this lovely house again."

  • Beautiful, Art-Filled and Perfectly Located

"My husband and I returned to San Miguel after our first trip in 2012. This time we were with two couples who had not been to the City. On our recommendation, we stayed again at Casa Pina, where we had stayed in 2012. The other four were seasoned travelers, and so we held our breath, hoping that they would love Casa Pina as much as we had the first time we were there. We needn't have worried. They were as charmed as we were, and thanked us many times for bringing them to this magical home. Maria and Theresa, the cook and housekeeper, were there again, and were again attentive to our needs . . . and patient with our lack of Spanish speaking skills. Again, we did not take advantage of the lunches that they would have provided, but enjoyed their wonderful breakfasts every morning, as well as one dinner prepared at our request. The house was also beautifully maintained and picked up for our return each late afternoon or evening. Aleida, the owner, was also available to answer any questions that we had, as was the English speaking property manager. The location of the house is without peer. Within 1 1/2 blocks of the Jardin, and very near to the action while being very quiet and secluded. The design and decoration of the house are also very special. Three very private bedroom areas gave each couple all the privacy that they might want, while the common areas (particularly the living/dining room that is open to the courtyard, gave ample space for our time together. A second living room and dining room are available, but seldom used because we didn't want to leave the open air living area and large fireplace - perfect for eliminating any early morning or evening chill. In addition to the ample private areas, the Wi-Fi helped those of us who had to do a little work while we were there."

  • Fabulous Home!

"We were a large family group (14 adults, 2 young children and a baby) in San Miguel for a family wedding. The house is gorgeous and accommodated everyone perfectly. One nice touch is that there are glass doors that allow you to lock off the pool area so you don't have to worry about young children accessing it without supervision. The terrace has a fantastic view of the Parroquia Cathedral and is huge - fabulous for entertaining , drinking margaritas or taking morning coffee. The staff of 3 ladies bent over backwards to meet our needs. We arranged for dinner twice for a very large group and the food they prepared was outstanding. The best margaritas I have ever had! Two of the bedroom fireplaces were not working and the weather was quite cold in the evening one night but the ladies brought in an extra blanket. There is also a garage for one car at the house and a very inexpensive parking lot a few doors down. House is withing walking distance of everywhere downtown."
