  • Fabulous Home!

"We were a large family group (14 adults, 2 young children and a baby) in San Miguel for a family wedding. The house is gorgeous and accommodated everyone perfectly. One nice touch is that there are glass doors that allow you to lock off the pool area so you don't have to worry about young children accessing it without supervision. The terrace has a fantastic view of the Parroquia Cathedral and is huge - fabulous for entertaining , drinking margaritas or taking morning coffee. The staff of 3 ladies bent over backwards to meet our needs. We arranged for dinner twice for a very large group and the food they prepared was outstanding. The best margaritas I have ever had! Two of the bedroom fireplaces were not working and the weather was quite cold in the evening one night but the ladies brought in an extra blanket. There is also a garage for one car at the house and a very inexpensive parking lot a few doors down. House is withing walking distance of everywhere downtown."

  • Perfect week in SMA

"From the time we booked our trip along up to our stay at Casa Mandu, Ruth answered our questions promptly and while we were there she was the most gracious hostess. Ruth has a most attentive staff that takes care of everything. From the daily cleaning of the room ( Rufina) to the gardener who keeps the courtyard immaculate. We were there during the Mexican Independence holiday...which can be quite lively....throughout the night even. Be prepared for a lot of walking. But not to worry, its all worth it. The food choices in the Centro district are too numerous to name. Ruth suggested a small café that we went to everyday for breakfast. From the small markets to the artists shops to the street vendors selling their small crafts. The location of the property is right in the middle of everything...the Jardin, parades, shops, and restaurants. We have traveled to Riviera Maya for years but this was a first to mountains of Mexico, and its definelty not the last. We can't wait for a return trip to Casa Mandu."

  • Beautiful Condo

"My friend and I stayed in Heather's condo for two weeks and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect accomodation. It is located close to the Jardin and many excellent restaurants. It is so beautifully decorated and everything you could ask for has been supplied. There is an excellent pastry shop across the street that is really hard to resist. We prepared most of our breakfasts, some lunches and a couple of dinners at the condo and just enjoyed relaxing and enjoying the ambience. There is a grocery store just over a block away and lots of fresh fruit available close by. Heather was so nice and really informative about SMA; we really enjoyed the time we spent with her. She told us about some of her favorite restaurants which ended up being ours too. We hope to be able to return to SMA before too long and hope that we will be able to stay in Heather's condo again."

  • Fabulous location and amenities!

"I booked Casita Rosa, one of five apartments in the Cinco Flores group, for the month of July, 2016. I was not disappointed! Great location half-way between the park and the main square, beautifully decorated and furnished, and pet-friendly! The terrace is to die for, and there is a washer/dryer for your use! I have no hesitation to recommend this lovely apartment."
