  • AWESOME!!!!

"Casa del Encanto was awesome! The entire house is decorated in a beautiful, elegant Mexican Style. Lots of outside space to enjoy the beautiful weather of this traditional Mexican town. The rooms were really cozy and really clean the service was excellent, if I go back I would try to book again. Walking distance to the main plaza, to restaurants and markets. I had show the photos to all my friends in Australia so they can book this great house when they visit Mexico!! Thanks for making us feel as home!"

  • Wonderful Stay

"We had a girls week in San Miguel de Allende. The stay at the house was wonderful! It's close to the center of town and the neighborhood is charming. I'll be going back with my husband and family, and we'll be staying at this lovely house again."

  • Perfect location for enjoying a visit to San Miguel de Allende

"My husband, myself, and a visiting friend stayed at the Casita Lirio for three nights. We loved the comfort and convenience of this casita! It's part of Cinco Flores, a group of five casitas with one street entrance. Casita Lirio is the third casita in from the front door. There's one bedroom downstairs with access to a half bath. A full bathroom sits at the top of the stairs next to the second bedroom. The kitchen, living room, and dining area are in a spacious open area on the ground floor with a cozy loft sitting space looking out over it from the second floor. Because the weather had turned chilly, we especially appreciated the gas log fireplace in the living room. It quickly warmed up the entire casita. The beds are very comfortable and the decor throughout the casita is very pleasing in typical San Miguel style. The private rooftop terrace for enjoying the outdoors is beautifully lit at night. Located only a block and a half from the Jardin, Casita Lirio gave us the perfect base to explore the town on foot. Restaurants, shops, and sights are all nearby. Our host and the staff were great at communicating with us to make our arrival and departure easy. Note that there is no parking on the premises, so if you arrive by car, you'll need to drop off luggage and take the car to a nearby parking lot."

  • Another wonderful stay!

"This was our second visit to San Miguel. We have been there for Christmas and New Years and now for Dia de las Muertos. Both visits have been wonderful in large part due to Casa Vogt. This house is absolutely gorgeous with so much room that three couples can stay in it with complete privacy. The roof top view is incredible. Morning coffee and afternoon Happy Hour on the roof top is a feast for the eyes. I looked forward to it daily as did the rest of group. Usually Maria Louisa is the House Keeper but this visit she was recovering from knee surgery and Elizabeth took her place. I love Maria Louisa but Elizabeth is just as precious. How friendly and loving can people be? I'm just writing about the house but there are so many wonderful things to do in and around town as well. The Pyramids, the mask museum, the hot springs, the shopping, the botanical gardens etc etc. But if you go be sure to stay in this house, it is a treat in and of itself! Mark G."
