  • AWESOME!!!!

"Casa del Encanto was awesome! The entire house is decorated in a beautiful, elegant Mexican Style. Lots of outside space to enjoy the beautiful weather of this traditional Mexican town. The rooms were really cozy and really clean the service was excellent, if I go back I would try to book again. Walking distance to the main plaza, to restaurants and markets. I had show the photos to all my friends in Australia so they can book this great house when they visit Mexico!! Thanks for making us feel as home!"

  • Sophisticated living away from home

"This house is as beautiful as the city that surrounds it. We loved SMA and all the colourful adventure it has to offer, but it was these accommodations that made our stay phenomenal. Whether we were soaking in the hot tub, taking some sun on the second-story veranda, or gathering by the fireplace on a cool mountain's evening, we found ourselves wishing this truly was our home away from home. After a long day exploring, it was a pleasure to return to this well designed and inviting home to relax and watch the sun set from the rooftop garden. We found the rooms throughout the house to be very comfortable, spacious and well furnished. The open kitchen was well-equipped, roomy and impeccably clean - just like the rest of the house. The housekeeper Lupe was very kind, warm and accommodating, and made a lovely dinner for us to enjoy in the dining room. This home is in a wonderful, safe neighbourhood, surrounded by lovely homes, friendly families and lots of amenities - all a short walk away. In fact, the town square of the old city of San Miguel, centered around the famous and unforgettable Parroquia de San Miguel Arcangel and the Jardin Allende, is within a ten minute stroll from this traditional, colonial-style oasis. All of the arrangements for our stay were easy and trouble-free, from start to finish. Monique was communicative and helpful from booking until arrival. She provided us with a list of her favourite restaurants and activities upon request. As our time here came to an end, we were so sad to say goodbye - to the town, but more so to this welcoming, refined and restful residence. We loved it! We highly recommend this home to travellers of any kind, and sincerely look forward to our next visit."

  • Beautiful home with a beautiful view!

"This was our second stay at Casa Chepito and it was even better than our last stay there three years ago. Since then, the owners have installed a whole house water filtration system so that you can safely drink the water out of the tap. There is plenty of hot water which seems to be an issue in some SMA homes. They have installed a new heavy duty door at the entrance that provides more security though we never had a problem with that before. Also, having nothing to do with the owners, a house just down the hill was converted from a metal shop to a residential home so that the noise level during the day has been considerably reduced. The views from the terraces are spectacular and we enjoy the hikes up the hill but you can always find a taxi if you find them too challenging. The housekeeper is a charm and easy to work with. She comes twice a week so the house is always spotless. There is a little store a few steps away in case you need something. Your neighbors are locals and very friendly. I enjoyed practicing my Spanish with them. I am sure we will be headed back to Casa Chepito in the future."

  • Fabulous location and amenities!

"I booked Casita Rosa, one of five apartments in the Cinco Flores group, for the month of July, 2016. I was not disappointed! Great location half-way between the park and the main square, beautifully decorated and furnished, and pet-friendly! The terrace is to die for, and there is a washer/dryer for your use! I have no hesitation to recommend this lovely apartment."
