  • Contemporary Mexican Casita in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico

"This was our first visit to San Miguel and we will be back again soon! This Casita was so special, as was our "host with the most", Bob! He was a huge help to us while we were visiting and was always so accommodating! His home is conveniently located (not too close to the very active town), very well appointed, open and airy, safe, has great views, easy walk or taxi to town, close to restaurants and other activities....what more can I say!!! A gem of a "home away". If you're thinking of visiting it soon, you won't have any complaints about your stay..it's simply wonderful in every way!!! We just wish it was ours!!!!"

  • Case Girasol: Great house and amenities

"The house is fully equipped, immaculate and beautifully furnished, located in a quiet and peaceful cup-de-sac. It is spacious but at the same time has a cozy and warm feeling. The views from the living areas are amazing, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen contains plenty of spices, pots and pans and dishes. Wifi was dependable - very important! The housekeeper, Marcela is super helpful and friendly, and is readily available to help out. It is about a 10 minute walk into the main part of town, and there are taxis everywhere to bring you back to the casa at the end of a long day. The shopping was plentiful and affordable; I highly recommend the Mercado de las Artesenías (open every day), and also the organic farmers market (on Saturdays). Restaurants - el Muro, Hecho en Mexio, and el Pegaso (great desserts!). La Parroquia and El Correo have delicious breakfasts, and Petit Four, and Cumpanio have pastries guaranteed to make you swoon (and gain weight!). Be sure to visit Johrej Chocolates on Calle Jesus. Try their Mayan hot chocolate and don't leave without buying some candy. A wonderful tour service is Angelica's Transportation and Tours. She and her business partner, Mario speak fluent English and Mario is a history buff who will make your tours fascinating! The rental process was easy and quick; the owners responded promptly to our inquiries. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who is looking for a luxurious, affordable and spacious rental in San Miguel."

  • Beautiful and comfortable.

"San Miguel de Allende is a incredible town in Mexico, and Suite Tallulah is the best. Near downtown, beautifully decorated, with a great view from the terrace, a great place to spend a few day days."

  • 30 Cielito Lindo really gives you the feeling of life in SMA!

"The house is clean, well furnished and decorated. The 3 levels of living space allow for everyone to enjoy their own quiet space. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the upper patio (3rd level) and being able to see the city and cathedral in the distance. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom & shower and TV's. Bring your own DVD movies if you wish to watch movies in English, but their are some channels available in English if you don't. Also, if you like listening to music there is s CD player on the 2nd floor landing area, and a few nice instrumental CD's for your use. The living room is very comfortable with 3 sofas, and a flat screen TV. There is also a bathroom located off the living room which is convenient so you don't have to run upstairs. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. I loved having 2 little mercaditos (one directly in front of the house, and one on the corner to the left of the house) where we could purchase milk, eggs, vegetables, tortillas, etc.. Getting around SMA is very easy from the house. You can walk a short distance (6 blocks or so) or take a taxi for 40 - 50 pesos (just a little more than $2). Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Casa 30 Cielito Lindo, and we will definitely stay there again!"
