  • Extended Stay

"Our family had the pleasure of staying at Casa Bilingue for three months. The location off a main street, but down a private lane was excellent. We felt perfectly safe at all times. The home is comfortably outfitted, and the courtyard is lovely to sit in. We all enjoyed the use of the roof-top patio with views of the hills and even of the Parroquia. One of my favorite things about the home is the area across the lane filled with trees and shrubbery. Especially from the upstairs bedroom it was wonderful to look across so much nature in the heart of the town. Thank you, Pearl and Kingsley!"

  • Very comfortable, beautiful location, best home I have rented in 10 years.

"The house was just as described. It was comfortable for my family. We rented the entire home. The location was very nice. You had a great view and the afternoon breeze was awesome. There was plenty of room with two dens that have comfortable couches. My elderly parents were comfortable in the master suite on the first floor. Angelica, the housekeeper was great. The jacuzzi was ready to go when we wanted. Beds were comfy and the house is insulated very well. We will definately rent again. Suggestion would be to have on hand additional jugs of water for purchase. Plenty was provided but went very fast for coffee & caldo."

  • Wonderful Accomodations - Close to Everything

"Prior to our arrival: Petra was extremely responsive and very informative on what was located immediately around the penthouse, offered site seeing recommendations based on what our interests were, and provided recommendations for available drivers to take us too and from the out of town excursions. There was so much information exchanged and shared that upon arriving, that we wasted no time in trying to 'figure things out' during our stay. Arrival and During our Stay: We were welcomed by Petra and Ceci and immediately provided with a brief tour of the penthouse, which has everything you would need for a short or long term stay. Everything in the penthouse provided the comfort we needed after very long day's of sightseeing, while everything you may need (ATM's, convenience stores, shopping, etc.) are all within a very short walking distance. Departure: We were again greeted by Petra and Ceci prior to departing and asked about our stay. Further recommendations for driver or taxi service to the airport were again provided to us which made everything from our arrival to departure nothing less than a flawless process. In Closing: Everything about this trip was perfect. The hospitality, accommodations, and location are all what make this place a true gem in Mexico City that everyone should have the opportunity to experience."

  • Charming, comfortable, great view and very affordable

"Casa de la Garza is perfectly located just a short walk from the Parroquia, El Jardin, many restaurants, shops and galleries. We walked everywhere! It is a little bit of a walk up hill to return but we are in our 60’s, and managed it just fine – and if you prefer, taxis are everywhere in the downtown area, and they are very inexpensive. This historic home is just far enough away from all the hustle and bustle to be a quiet, peaceful retreat, and because it is up on the hill, the views from the bedroom level and rooftop deck are just fabulous! The home was very clean and included everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. If you have never visited San Miguel de Allende, I would recommend the city tour on the little red tram. We also took the free shuttle up to El Charco del Ingenio (the botanical garden) and enjoyed several hours walking the trails there, very scenic. The highlight of our trip was a tour to Canada de la Virgen, (an archaeological site just outside of town) with Albert Coffee Archaeotours. All in all, we had a wonderful time in San Miguel, and hope to return in future."
