"We rented this condo to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We wanted to stay someplace special to commemorate the event and we got it with this condo! The condo sits on the top floor of a private, gated complex. The bedrooms were spacious and it was nice having 5 bathrooms. The condo was clean and tidy. The daily maid service was a plus. On the second level of the condo was a private patio complete with a cooling jetted tub and lawn chairs. The most amazing part of this condo is the view! We watched the sun set over the Pacific Ocean every night from the patio. It was incredible! We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants a private, safe get-away. Restaurants, shops, grocery store and banks are a short walk away. We hired a cook one night to make us an authentic mexican meal in the condo. Very reasonable. We also went bike riding, parasailing, swimming with dolphins, shopping, snorkeling at Isle Ixtapa and to Zihuatanejo. The weather was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better trip."

  • 🌴Paradise🌴

"Upon entering Amara's gates and immaculate property, to opening the contemporary solid redwood door of the condo that reveals the jaw-dropping view, ( I LOVE those rocks! (The Morros?)) I felt like I was truly on vacation. We had 8 in our party, four couples. Not once, did I feel like we were, "on top of one another." Each couple had their own bath and bedroom all contemporary, clean, and everything we needed. Coming from the Midwest in February, we wanted to be outside. We had a lot of options! We took walks on the beach to a relaxing massage. We basked in the sun, played in the surf noshed at the palapa and cooled off in the fresh water pools. There are also bike/walking trails to the marina and Playa Lynda. As well as day trips to Zihua and Ixtapa Island just a short bus ride away. The local fare just made me feel good. Fresh squeezed juices and smoothies, fruit plates with granola and yogurt. Banana Pancakes, fresh sushi, "Ixtapa shrimp" and "Apache Plates" from local open-air restaurants that are within walking distance. Amara facilitates forgetting all your worries and leaving your cares behind!"

"Perfect for our group of 7. Every day perfect weather, something for everyone to do within walking distance. Rooms situated for privacy and away from living area for quiet. The deck was shaded for all day use. We love it we will certainly return again to this beautiful, and location. Excellent quick communication from owner and Property management."

  • Perfect Holiday

"We stayed here November 2015 and had an amazing time! This condo has the best of both worlds, a fully equipped kitchen to cook your own meals and a restaurant onsite when you just don't feel like cooking! This condo unit/building and it's amenities work really well for families or travelers who need a break from the buffets of the all inclusives. We used the BBQ almost everyday to cook dinner and ate outside enjoying the sunset. The rooms and bathrooms in the condo were large and modern. There was a large blanket/pillow/towel selection so everyone was happy. We really enjoyed out stay in the condo and at MVG marina and would highly recommend it!!"
