  • Fabulous Stay

"We have a high standard and Jack's place did not disappoint. Fantastic Views, close enough to hear the waves crash and walk to the beach, bars, restaurants. But equally important, the furnishings, bedding, decor were all very nice and well maintained. The view from the pool is fantastic and the property grounds are lush and well groomed. Highly recommend! Jack was quick to respond to any questions and easy to reach."

  • Perfect location in Zihuatanejo

"This was one of my all time favorite VRBO rentals for its price- you've found a jewel if you're reading this! If you've never been to Zihuat, La Ropa Beach is the best area to stay (best swimming and nicest beach). This unit is a five minute taxi ride from downtown for dinner, ten minute taxi ride to big grocery store, and about a ten minute (steep) walk down the hill to La Ropa Beach and the beach bars. As for the unit, the master bedroom had a perfect view and a very comfortable bed and pillows. The cold welcome beer, basket of fresh fruit, and locally ground coffee waiting for us upon arrival were such thoughtful gestures. There was even laundry soap for use. In the past, my parents stayed right next door at a much more expensive place and besides the pool area, I liked this one more. Even though there's no infinity pool, you do have an infinity couch view (don't fall out the window)! We made it to eight different beaches in six days by walking, taxi to water taxi (60 pesos) or by bus (7 pesos). The manager (via email) answered our gringo questions right away throughout the week. In summary, members of my family have stayed at VRBO units all over the Yucatan Peninsula and Pacific Coast of Mexico, and this was one of the best rentals for its price."

"The condo was perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. From the good size bedrooms, with their own bathrooms, to the large living area, fully stocked kitchen and fantastic deck, this was great. We enjoyed our morning coffee's and dinners on the deck. The location is peaceful and quiet yet only a 5 minute walk to the main beach. The staff were very thorough and helpful. Lynn was very helpful in supplying a list of restaurants, things to do and places to shop. We rented a car and would recommend it if you want to explore other areas and go in to town."

  • A Wonderful Week at Casa Contenta!

"My husband and I invited another couple to join us for our Zihuatanejo vacation. Casa Contenta is a wonderful condo for 4 people - plenty of space. The art in the condo is beautiful - I had to obtain the name of the store that the metal artwork was purchased from, from Memmon in order to bring some similar works home with me! The view of the bay from the condo was an added bonus. The maid service was great! She came twice during the week we were there. The infinity pools were a refreshing meeting place after a day of exploring the beaches, the local town or after spending the day out on a boat fishing. My husband and I can certainly recommend Casa Contenta for couples or families. Many thanks to Memmon and Susan for sharing their piece of paradise with us!"
