  • A fabulous oasis in the middle of old town action.

"A safe comfortable longstay condo with all the amenities necessary for gracious living. The property was immaculate and in excellent condition with a beautiful infinity pool on the Terrace with a 360 degree view. This location is close to the beach, markets, bakery's, theatre, scores of restaurants and early morning walking on the Malecon. The owner, property manager and housekeeper provided excellent service. I would recommend this property to mature adults and couples."

  • Great Family Destination

"We just got back after 10 days at this condo. This is the second time we stayed in this area with our kids and Cheryl Lee's condo was perfect. They truly do make the condo feel like your at home. The beach has to be one of the nicest in all of PV. Most days you are lucky if there are a total of 30 - 40 people on the beach. The location is south of Town, however for only 130 Peso's, you can either catch a cab or jump on the local bus for 8 Peso's. Both the cab and bus stops are right at the entrance and are very safe. The condo is exactly as shown and explained with one exception, THEY HAVE TSN, fellow Canadian's know the importance of this :). Looking forward to coming back."

  • Beautiful Unit with Stunning Views

"We stayed in this unit for the first time from mid February to mid March 2016. We were looking for something with a Mexican feel that would be close to the fun of Old Town but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. This unit delivered on all accounts. It is comfortably furnished with lovely Mexican touches in decor. The location was a 10 minute walk down to the Malecon and beach and an inexpensive 50.00 peso taxi ride back up. The walk back up is challenging and was done every day by our adult children who loved the exercise and challenge. I was experiencing knee issues and found the walk down no problem and even succeeded with the climb up a few times. There is nothing like a rewarding dip in the pool after the climb up. It was a great way to keep active. The views are stunning and we couldn't believe our fortune every morning when opening our eyes to see the vista provided. We spent all our waking time in the unit on the terrace which is spacious and comfortably furnished. We prepared many meals in the well stocked kitchen and truly appreciated the supply of dry goods and spices left in the unit. It helped to reduce food costs not to have to completely set up those types of supplies for cooking. The only draw back with the building and unit is the lack of sun. Upon arrival in mid-Feb the pool was completely shaded and as the time progressed, by the middle of March, the pool was in more sun. The best time of day was mornings for sunbathing at the pool. The terrace at the unit was always shaded. This may be an issue for sun worshippers, however we preferred a shade terrace as it was more comfortable in the heat of the day. We found the pool temperature to be quite warm and was very comfortable to be in without the direct sun. Overall the limited sunlight was not a negative for us but might be a disappointment for some. We enjoyed the various birds and parrots which live and play in the green space across from the unit. The managers and owner were always available by phone and email and very responsive. Overall we found it to be a great location in PV and really enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit itself. We did not hesitate to book our return for 2017."

  • Perfect week at the perfect place!

"We actually stayed the week before Christmas, but the review system wouldn't let me put in a date later than today. Our group included myself, my two daughters in their 20s, and a family friend in her 20s. We spent a week here 2 years ago, and if anything, enjoyed it even more this time as we knew a bit more about what to see and do in the area. The condo staff are more than helpful, and can suggest things to do. They also can call a cab and will tell you in advance what everything will cost. We took a cab to Bucerias (45 minutes away) and it cost $17 one way. Everything you possibly need is in the condo (beach chairs and umbrella, blender, coffeemaker, toaster oven, water dispenser, full kitchen) but you also can pick up anything close by: there are 2 Oxxo convenience stores steps away, several liquor stores, and unlimited restaurants. There's also an ATM 3 blocks away that dispenses pesos: which is the total way to go to get the best prices but also to connect with more interesting opportunities. We found a fantastic fruit market about 5-6 blocks away with incredible fruits at such low prices: I bought 12 pounds of different citrus and other fruits for the equivalent of $3.50! We also found some of the best places to eat just off the beach: Taco Revolution and Panchos Takos. There'a also a wonderful mole place. There was a vendor a couple blocks away with the best raspberries and blackberries we have ever had. Also don't miss the Saturday morning market just south of the building in the park: they have beautiful art and incredible local coffee beans that you will want to bring back. The condo is also 3 blocks away from the best swimming beach in town, which is just by the pier. We went swimming nearly every day, and the girls loved lounging on the beach and at the pool. Our favorite day was getting a private boat off the pier for a full day out on the water. We went snorkeling, to several small beaches you can't reach by car, and then to Yelapa. The boat captain took us around town to the waterfall, out on the paths into the jungle where he pointed out wild chickens and two iguanas who were fighting up in a tree, and to a great beach restaurant. On the out, we pulled up right next to giant sea tortoises and on the way back we chased a group of 3 humpback whales! He had deep sea fishing gear too, if that's your thing. There was constant live music you could watch just off the deck of the condo, and the Malecon is always full of entertainment every evening"
