  • Everything you need.

"Leo's Jewel House was the perfect answer to our trip to Ajijic. The anbience of the decor set the tone. and the well-done binder on the coffee table gave us guidance. We got to know Francisco at his corner store, taking advantage of his English-speaking taxi service. Gaby at the corner of Juarez and Carretera provided rotisserie chicken for more than one meal. The bakery across the street from Francisco lured us for hot bread every morning. We'll be back."

  • Wonderful Place to Call Home!

"We lived in this home for two years starting from April 2014. From the moment we moved in, we felt that we were home. We loved the layout of the home - it was roomy but not too big. The house is nicely furnished and we loved all the bight Mexican colors. Our favorite part was the terrace. It is such an incredible spot to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. The home is behind a shared gate with tree other villas. This provided us with an immediate sense of community. It is located on the west side of Ajijic - close enough to the village that you can walk into town (as long as you like to walk) but far enough away that you escape most of the village noise. There are also some nice restaurants nearby as well as an abarrote, carniceria and pescaderia. And the famous Tuesday organic market is a comfortable walk. Jim the owner and Roma the property management company never let us down. When ever we needed a repair done they had someone there immediately. We totally recommend this home for your stay in Ajijic, whether it's a short visit or, like ours, when you never want to leave."

  • Great six months!

"This was my base home when I moved down permanently in April. Gave me time to check out everything and decide where I wanted to live and find a house. The house is large, nicely furnished with a large patio upstairs where I spent a lot of time. It is a great location for getting around without a car. Many restaurants to choose from, pharmacia, groceries, lots of shopping, walking the malecon and more. Robyn is always available to take care of any requests or problem and we have become good friends Maid service 4 days a week. Nice neighbors and safe area. A great place to stay for short or long term. Highly recommend."
