  • Paradise Found

"We couldn't be happier with our stay at Blair's condo. Blair was attentive to requests on the front end, and the onsite staff couldn't have been more effective. The unit is beautiful...exactly as represented. If you're looking for a fun, sun-draped Mexican paradise vacation, then book this place immediately."

  • Pleasantly surprised

"This was the first time we stayed outside of an all-inclusive resort, I was apprehensive but our stay at the villa was great! The complex was quiet and relaxing, especially by the pool. The employees/grounds staff were visible, friendly and helpful as well. The condo itself was clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. I would describe it as inviting and comfortable. The unit backed the golf course yet did not seem intrusive when people were on the course, in fact, a bit entertaining. The location was a very close walking distance to the Marina. Far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet, yet close enough to enjoy all the amenities the Marina had to offer. It was also a very close walking distance to a large grocery store, professional services, like dentists and of course, close to a little part of home as one of our party was able to enjoy McDonalds! The owner was quick to respond to all our requests and answered all of our questions. His answers were informative and he even provided tips on how to obtain a cheaper taxi from the airport! • Awesome Location!

"We were a family of four travelling to PV for our first time. The location of the condo is fantastic right on the beach with the best pool! The kids lived in the pool. The condo was fantastic with a quick walk to the marina which had many many restaurants and shops. The security at the hotel was great. I would recommend this condo again, great kitchen with all items needed. The pool was wonderful with a great little restaurant and bar - fantastic for a snack, breakfast, lunch or an early dinner. Also the work out room was clean well stocked and had a great view of the water."

  • Great views and true Mexican architecture, but........

"We just returned from our stay at Villa Dos Angeles. Our family has been to PV many times but this was our first experience staying in a non-resort setting. While we had a GREAT vacation, there are a couple of things you should know prior to choosing this home. 1). The villa is located on the top of a hill. If you don't walk well, have knee problems, etc., don't choose this villa. If you walk in and out, there are a ton of stairs and cobblestone hills to go up. It is easier to climb up the steps from the bottom instead of going all of the way to the top and then down. 2). This Villa is not sealed up. If you don't like bugs, don't rent it. There are no-see-ums (vicious, biting almost invisible) all over the villa and the four of us were eaten up in our sleep. While we have encountered these before, mainly on the beach, we were not accustomed to having to wear bug repellent to bed at night! After waking up covered in red, itchy welts, we noticed that these bugs are everywhere. On the walls, the floors, the furniture, you name it. If you have small children, be aware that these bites are horrible and take weeks to go away. 3). There is a huge binder in the Villa that gives restaurant tips, etc. Some of it doesn't look to have been updated for quite sometime. One of the things that was sort of a bummer was that we were told that the beach at Garza Blanca had a poolside restaurant/bar that you could access while enjoying the beach. We grabbed towels, boogie boards and our wallet, only to find that the poolside restaurant is not available to anyone not staying at the resort. You can't even get a bottle of water! We did go back to the beach, however, hauling a cooler and everything else made it quite the production. Better to take a cab to town and enjoy one of the "beach clubs" at a local restaurant. We really enjoyed the freedom that staying in the Villa provided. We truly enjoyed trying many of the local restaurants and the ability to cook for ourselves as well."
