  • An amazing condo!

"This condo was fantastic. There is literally nothing that could have been improved upon. The location is great, walking distance to Soriano, Walmart, Sam's & Costco. The amenities are perfect, huge pool (only heated pool I've found in Mexico), great exercise room, sauna/steam room/hot tub and the best beach to be found close to Vallarta. The manager (Fernando) speaks English & is probably the most honest man you'll come across. The condo itself is a dream. We were lacking for nothing. The view is amazing, both sides of the condo have a balcony. Everything worked great, there was even an HDMI cable hanging off of the TV so we could connect our laptop & play movies/run Netflix. All in all this was a great place to stay in Vallarta and I'd highly recommend it. p.s. when you leave you have to return the key card that allows you to enter/exit the building & get your deposit back. You should be made aware that the concierge starts work at noon so if you have an earlier flight there will be no one to receive these cards & return the deposit so you must do it the day before."

  • Great option for families

"We had a wonderful stay in the condo over the holidays. The property was very secure and safe. We had 5 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pools were great - lots of options and great for kids. It was easy access to the beach and we enjoyed a number of activities - jet ski & para-sailing. The pool bar/restaurant was great. It is cash only, but they will run a tab for the day so that you can settle up at the end. We knew most of the servers by the end of the week. I would recommend utilizing the cook/paying to have the kitchen stocked prior to your visit. We didn't and ended up with a number of trips to the grocery store because we kept forgetting items. The kitchen is pretty well stocked as far as cookware, tableware, etc. The only thing that we missed was a good sharp knife - we had a really hard time cutting tomatoes for our salsa :) We walked across the street on a couple of nights - there is a restaurant complex. Crossing the street was a bit hairy, but once you got the hang of the signals, you just had to be bold. The restaurant complex has a high-end Argentinian restaurant, a couple of bars, an Italian restaurant and a Taco restaurant. All in all, this was a great vacation and we will be back."

  • Awesome condo

"Thank you Mary Ann for the use of your awesome condo. We loved the view from our room. Loved the hot tub. This condo is close to downtown so no need for a cab you can walk to down town which is about 45 min or catch the public bus for 75 pesos. There are so many restaurants in PV. The pool restaurant is extremely good and reasonably priced compared to other non inclusive resorts. We would also like thank Mary Anne and her husband for their hospitality on our last day. • Very nice stay

"My wife and two daughters (14 and 9) had a very enjoyable 6-day stay right before Christmas. The owner was very helpful ahead of time, sending lots of information on the condo and surrounding area and answered our questions in a timely fashion. The condo is very well appointed for the most part and is a short walk or drive to good restaurants and a grocery store. There was construction going on next door on a new mall that was occasionally a bit noisy and lasted later into the night hours than we had expected, although the owner had warned us ahead of time. However, it was not a huge thing. The hotel next door was also a bit noisy on a couple of nights but again, it was tolerable. The staff that works at the condo was helpful and accommodating. Some speak more English than others and we occasionally ran into communication problems but that is to be expected. The on-site restaurant was very good for simple things like drinks, chips and salsa, and dessert. The regular meals, or which we ate a few, were not as good, and so we walked 10 minutes to the nearest grocery store and ended up cooking several meals in the condo which worked great. The views from the condo are amazing, especially at sunset, and we looked forward to walking down to the beach from our unit each night to experience them. All in all, a very enjoyable experience. We would recommend this place and would definitely consider going back."
