  • Super home- great location.

"This home is a perfect location. You can get most places for about a $3 cab ride. The condo itself is spacious and very relaxing. The staff is super friendly. I highly recommend this home."

  • Very nice

"Condo was nice and furnished well. The Cold Coronas in the fridge were a welcome sight when we arrived. Had a very nice trip and had time to relax. Took a day to get used to the difference between being in the Condo vs being in the All Inclusive portion of the facility but we got used to it pretty quick. Would have been nice to be able to have a drink at the pool and charge to the room but it is just not set up that way. Bought some Rum at Walmart and had our own drinks no problem. Thanks for letting us stay, had a great time."

  • Gorgeous setting and great room

"Only stayed a couple days and wish we had more time at the Grand Venetian. The bedroom balcony is a super place to end the day and watch the city lights. The main balcony is a place to relax, eat and stare at the bay and all the boats coming and going. The restaurant on site was our go to for breakfast and lunches. Can't say enough about the whole experience. Thanks to the owners for stocking the place so well of the essentials. We'll be back!"

  • Fantastic 4th Floor Condo

"Thank you to Skip and his partners for allowing us to stay in their beautiful condo. The staff were all wonderful and very helpful. My husband and I loved the 4th floor view and wonderful cross-breeze that came through the patio doors. There was no need to run the air. As soon as we arrived we walked down to Soriana's, picked up groceries, got a taxi ride back and then settled in. The bedrooms are located on the street side so you will hear street noise at times throughout the night, even with the doors shut. A $20 sound machine would easily block that out if you want to bring that along. We appreciated the elevators as they were so fast. We never had to wait longer than seconds for an elevator, even if one was coming down from the 23rd floor. We enjoyed the pool but most of our time was spent under a palapa on the beach but we found out very quickly if we didn't reserve one with a couple chairs with our towels by 8:00 a.m., there were none to be had, but that's typical. It was fun to see the sky-divers come in for a landing right on our beach, as the sky-diving school is close by. We enjoyed watching cruise ships and the nightly fireworks to the north. Lots of vendors on the beach, as usual, but we are accustomed to that. Maggy's is a little snack place in Tower 1, which came in handy for meals, beer and umbrella drinks. I recommend the shrimp tacos and a Pina-Colada. Waiters do go out around the pool and even out on the beach to take orders. At the Krystal Resort next door, you can walk in right off the beach and eat at their restaurant. Many restaurants within walking distance: La Choperia, The Outback, several pizza places by the amusement park and several eating places in the huge, beautiful mall a block away. A deli next door is more of a mini-mart with lots of items besides food. If you're looking for fine dining may I suggest the Vista Grille in PV on the Malecon. DO visit the Malecon. The Marina is a 10 minute taxi ride with several restaurants. Ride the elevator to the top of the light house for a great view and drink. Finally, I feel absolutely safe in Mexico. The P.V. traffic is the biggest safety issue, I think. Don't buy into the media hype about Mexico being unsafe but if you're looking for trouble, you can find it anywhere. My husband and I travel south every year and have never felt at risk. Overall, a fantastic stay in Skip's condo. Thank-you! We tried to take care of it as if it were our own. (We wish!)"
