  • Beautiful Condo, Close to All, Amazing Experience

"My family and I stayed in Marty’s condo in July 2016. We travel to Mexico at least once per year and this was our first time staying in PV. Working with Marty on booking the condo was a great experience. The property managers, Jason and Cynthia, arranged to have Gama pick us up at the airport. Just a quick 10 minute drive and we were at the condo. They also stocked our fridge with groceries upon our arrival at our request. I would highly suggest this service, we felt very spoiled. The next morning Jason & Cynthia came by to check in on us and to give us recommendations on restaurants, tours, and things to do around PV. We arrived at 8:30pm so it was dark when we got to the condo. Upon entering into the unit we could see the entire bay with all the lights from neighboring resorts and the city. It was truly a beautiful site. An hour later the fireworks went off downtown which was a perfect welcoming for us. The condo itself is beautiful, we felt like we were staying in someone’s home rather than a rental. The kids had their own room to retreat to at night but their favorite part was their very own ensuite bathroom. We looked forward to movie night with the kids (we brought our Amazon fire-stick and watched Netflix) and morning coffee in bed looking over the gorgeous bay. Our family went zip lining for the first time and it was an amazing experience, a must do! The day started off with us getting on an open air bus that weaved through downtown and the coastline then up to the jungle. We went on 14 zip lines over the jungle and river and ended our day at a restaurant with a natural pool that was filled from the river. The whole day was exhilarating! The tour was called Los Veranos Canopy Tour. We also hired a boat captain named Mario to take us snorkeling for the day. We cruised up the southern coast stopping all along the way to snorkel and swim. Our captain told us about each town we passed, the hotels and restaurants. We stopped at one point to have lunch at one of his favorite places and it was a great experience. I would highly recommend doing a private tour vs. the big tour companies. Much more intimate experience and we were in control of where we wanted to go and do. You can contact Mario Castillon on his Facebook page at burton ll sport fishing PVR, great captain! Marty’s condo is centrally located; you can be at the marina or downtown in 5-10 minutes. In fact, you just need to come out of the condo tower and you are greeted by one of the st"

  • Beautiful condo!

"The condo was exactly as appears online. The Venetian property is beautiful and close to town. It was everything we needed and we had tons of room for 6 people. Check in and check out were seamless. Would definitely stay here again!"

  • Spring Break for Grandchildren

"My wife and I took our two daughters, one son in law and four grandchildren (total 9) to this condo for the children's spring break. We are from Canada and my wife and I have visited Mexico numerous times. The condo was just as advertised and met our every expectation. Paloma, one of the concierges, who looks after the property met us when we arrived and helped us several times during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating in and we walked to nearby restaurants about half the time. The pools were great and each one is heated to a different temperature depending on what you feel like that day. Food from the restaurant on site was good and a nice treat on lazy afternoons. I hope the owners will continue to encourage the cleaning staff to leave unopened, unused items left by departing guests for the use by the new arriving guests. This helped us with some basics and some of the spices that were used for cooking. We left unopened liquor and such when we departed and hoped the new guests would see it as a welcoming gift. Especially the wine. Our children's spring break coincided with the Easter week in Mexico and the beach out front of the resort was busy, especially on the weekend. A lot of hustle and bustle with some noisy times if you were on the beach. We enjoyed the kiosks set up by the locals on the beach and the kids liked a lot of the activities. Some noise at night but if you turn on the fans in the bedrooms they acted well as white noise to help you fall asleep. Even the restaurant beside us who had bands seemed to close it's doors early for some reason. All in all, I would recommend this property to others. Lots of room and close to all the amenities."

  • Little Casa in the Sun

"We spent 4 weeks in this condo and it is our third time here. Despite a minor inconvenience with the transition from Holiday Inn to Sunscapes Resort the 4 weeks was still amazing. The new Resort has proved to be great with new entertainment/activity staff and remodeled pool area. The condo itself provides everything needed for a comfortable vacation and the view from the balcony is outstanding. Dolphins daily and the occasional humpback whale. Hope to enjoy more Winters there."
