  • Peninsular Tower 3 19th floor owner Nina Litchi

"WOW. Spectacular. From the moment we entered the condo our jaws dropped. The view was like being on a cruise ship. The room itself had an enormous kitchen with high end appliances and nothing was missing, there was a huge dining area and spacious living room area with 3 recliners. There was a tv but we never watched it, there was always so much entertainment just overlooking Banderos Bay and the beach from the balcony. Everyday there were parachutist landing on the beach directly in front of our condo tower. Some days there were cruise ships entering the Marina and at night when they left they would be all lit up. Every night there were fireworks from the Pirate Ship and the Malecon. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all have everything you need, just bring your toothbrush. There is also a washer and dryer. The master bedroom with tub and safe shares a large balcony with the other bedroom, with lovely views of the mountains. If you leave the front and balcony doors open there is always a beautiful breeze and no air conditioning was needed, we did not owe any money for electricity at the end of monthlong stay of March 1-31, 2017. The pool was large and covered 3 properties and was 4 ft deep at the most and various water areas around the pool were ankle deep. The entire properties were immaculately maintained and the art work was impressive. You would think being on the 19th floor elevator waits would be an issue but there are 2 banks of elevators in the building, one for each side of the tower and there are only 2 apartments per floor so it was never busy. There is a concierge in the lobby as well as security guards, and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Nina, the owner, and her husband were also our neighbours although briefly and they were very approachable telling us to call upon them anytime. Nina provided her cleaner to us, and it was very inexpensive. We all wished we could have stayed longer."

  • Excellent condo, Exceptional clean beautiful development.

"Our condo 20 b was wonderful. large sliding glass doors from living room kitchen & dining area provided a view of the ocean the pool and the lights of the marina area at night.Mountain view from bedrooms.Deck chairs and dining on the deck. Our condo was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen had everything you would need. The pools are clean well maintained.. The largest pool you will ever see. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Once you have experienced this kind of holiday it is very hard to go home. We had perfect weather for 30 days. The property manager spoke fluent English and was very prompt in solving our minor problems. We have been to PV many times and this condo was the best we have ever stayed in. Very good restaurants within walking distance. Loved it !"

  • Very nice

"Condo was nice and furnished well. The Cold Coronas in the fridge were a welcome sight when we arrived. Had a very nice trip and had time to relax. Took a day to get used to the difference between being in the Condo vs being in the All Inclusive portion of the facility but we got used to it pretty quick. Would have been nice to be able to have a drink at the pool and charge to the room but it is just not set up that way. Bought some Rum at Walmart and had our own drinks no problem. Thanks for letting us stay, had a great time."

  • Beautiful Condo - Amazing Location - Fantastic Trip

"Not only would I recommend Puerto Vallarta as a fanatic place to vacation - it's safe, there are walking trails, you can experience local Mexican life while enjoying comfortable amenities and dining. It's the best of both worlds! The unit we stayed in was spacious and comfortable with a stunning view. There were great restaurants right across the street. The pools were fantastic and the our host catered to every need we had. Honestly this was one of the best trips our family has had. Highly recommend both staying at the Grand Venetian as well as visiting PV!"
