  • Excellent condo, more then well equipped and most of all great property manager!

"From initial inquiry to departure (and even after departure) Eliseo went out of his way to ensure our stay was super great! We have rented many times from VRBO and this rental far exceeds all of them. The condo itself is more then well equipped, they supplied everything imaginable. The views are outstanding, being the corner unit you have unrestricted views of the entire bay. They knew that we were bringing our 9 month old baby girl and bought new pool toys and a pack and play just for her! Eliseo picks you up and also not just takes you to any grocery store you want but also comes in and helps translate some of the items which worked out great. Also provided transportation for departure. During the stay there was an issue with the upper floor leaking and Eliseo responded to this within an hour and had it all fixed up! The Grand Venetian is also a great property, 4 pools and lots of places to eat nearby. We would highly recommend this unit and property manager for your stay in PV."

  • Spring Break for Grandchildren

"My wife and I took our two daughters, one son in law and four grandchildren (total 9) to this condo for the children's spring break. We are from Canada and my wife and I have visited Mexico numerous times. The condo was just as advertised and met our every expectation. Paloma, one of the concierges, who looks after the property met us when we arrived and helped us several times during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating in and we walked to nearby restaurants about half the time. The pools were great and each one is heated to a different temperature depending on what you feel like that day. Food from the restaurant on site was good and a nice treat on lazy afternoons. I hope the owners will continue to encourage the cleaning staff to leave unopened, unused items left by departing guests for the use by the new arriving guests. This helped us with some basics and some of the spices that were used for cooking. We left unopened liquor and such when we departed and hoped the new guests would see it as a welcoming gift. Especially the wine. Our children's spring break coincided with the Easter week in Mexico and the beach out front of the resort was busy, especially on the weekend. A lot of hustle and bustle with some noisy times if you were on the beach. We enjoyed the kiosks set up by the locals on the beach and the kids liked a lot of the activities. Some noise at night but if you turn on the fans in the bedrooms they acted well as white noise to help you fall asleep. Even the restaurant beside us who had bands seemed to close it's doors early for some reason. All in all, I would recommend this property to others. Lots of room and close to all the amenities."

  • Puerto Vallarta Nirvana

"From the airport I knew this would be a good experience. The property manager Leo picked us up for a nominal fee which was well worth it to avoid the time share pitches and the hassle of finding a cab. It was great to have a friendly face greet you after a long journey. Upon arrival to the condo we were blown away by the view as well as the beautiful condo. Everything you need is in this well appointed and very tastefully decorated unit. In short order we were in the 500ft long pool and were 3 of about 5 people swimming. Unlike a resort where you need to reserve pool chairs early in the morning we had 3 chairs apiece to spread out. The beach bar and restaurant has great food and the prices are very reasonable. The location is perfect with a restaurant "mall" by the Peninsula Condos about .5 miles offering a Steak house, Italian, Mexican, Starbucks etc.. Also the condo has a full size grocery store a block away. The staff was exceptional with any request we had and seemed genuinely happy to help you. Gail (the owner)is quick to respond to any questions or concerns which has made this a hassle free booking. Cabs are easy and cheap anywhere you want to go. We took and cab 30 miles and it was $15. I highly recommend a place in the hills above downtown for dinner that has a great view and food (lobster tails) called El Palomar de Gonzalez. I can't wait to come back for another visit!"

  • Return to Puerto Vallarta

"It had been 36 years since our first visit to PV. Things have change just a little! Staying at the Icon was wonderful. It's in a great location outside of town. The views from the balcony of the apartment were mesmerizing. In the morning the water was usually calm and probably my favorite time to enjoy the view, but then there were the sunsets which were spectacular. We were a party of four and very much enjoyed the space of such a large vacation rental. The apartment amenities were perfect. Mark was easy to deal with and I loved that there was someone at the airport to pick us up on arrival. I'd recommend everything about this rental!!!"
