  • Can't beat this rental!!!

"We spent a week here over Christmas and just as others have mentioned, it is unbelievable! Kristine's feedback to all of our questions ahead of time helped us plan accordingly for our first PV vacation. She sweetly outlined everything from how to get to the condo to what to expect in PV and best places to eat and take in the sights. The condo has the most breathtaking view of the ocean and a balcony so you can enjoy watching the people at the resort below or gaze out to the sea. We opted to participate in the resort's all-inclusive option for half of our trip (the other half we spent walking in beautiful Old Town) and it was well worth it. Our trip was so perfect that we plan to visit again and will certainly stay at Kristine's if available."

  • Amazing condo, great views

"This is the second time I've rented the condo. On this trip, we came with family and stayed for about a week. The condo is a great size for 6+ people, right on the ocean, and has several large pools. The wrap around balconies offer really amazing views of the ocean, downtown area, and surrounding mountains. The location is perfect because its close to both the airport and downtown. The owners of the condo have always been really great to deal with. I can't wait to come back to PV and this awesome rental."

  • Vacation in December 2016

"The place has a great view and amenities. Marta at the front desk & Skip (owner) went above and beyond to answer all our questions and meet our needs. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested. The place/people did a great job. The view is spectacular both sunrise and sunset. Great beach front and security. The only issue we had was with the dryer was on the fritz and Skip informed us of this issue just before we arrived. If you plan on cashing in US dollars for pesos I would recommend doing it at the bank on the upper level near the entrance to the place(best return). We also used the bus for transportation and had no issues. The town folks (locals) were great. Would definently return, much better than I orginally thought! We all had a fabulous time. Thanks Skip for sharing your place with my family!"

  • Spectacular New Year's Eve at Casa Mimi

"The condo was great, with a spectacular view of Banderas Bay. The two queen beds were sufficient for the four of us. There was an extra air mattress on standby, just in case we needed it. Only one bedroom with the two beds, but the view from the living room and kitchen combination opening up to the balcony is just amazing. The layout of the apartment is such that you have full view of the ocean from the bedroom, and full view of the bay from the living room. We were met at check-in by a representative who helped us check in and showed us around the apartment. The owner is very pleasant to work with and very accommodating. The property is part of the Sunscape Resort, with a full schedule of activities, if you wish to take part. We participated in some activities, but we spent most of our time enjoying the beach and the view under a palapa. We did not opt for the all-inclusive (available any day you want it for additional $50 per person). On the first day we walked to Soriana (grocery store) and stocked up. Since we were loaded we took a cab back to the resort (50 pesos, less than $3). This took care of our breakfasts, lunches and refreshments. We went out to dinner at a different restaurant every night. Ruby recommended some good ones, and some we found on our own. One day we took a bus from the property to the Malecon. It was fun. We took cabs the other times, mostly around $5 for the four of us to everywhere we went. The four of us on the bus was less than $2 total. Everyone enjoyed the trip and is looking forward to returning in the near future."
